It is a very hit or miss experience at this store, with it more than often being a miss. They are more than likely out of items on the regular (twice in one week, days apart, they didn't have the items to make an iced coffee?). They appear to only take one order at a time, and will not take another order until the previous has been completed.which can take several minutes. My longest wait here has been 25 minutes with two cars in front of me! You almost are always waited on a teenager who seems more busy talking to their coworkers than serving you.

Decent place. No line, paid quickly, everything was pretty nice. Some of the outdoor tables were a little dirty though.

I asked a simple question about a cake and the jerk who picked up the phone repeated it back to me like I had just spoken an alien language then gave me an attitude when I told her yes, that is what I asked. Nope, this is not the store for me.

Every time my husband or I go to BR, they are always out of something. Makes no sense, its summer and your store needs to stock on items that are always a high demand.

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday online. I received an order confirmation with a pick up time. When I went to the store to pick up my cake not only did they say they do not have it but the staff gave me nothing but attitude. Their response was that there was nothing they could do about it. Even though I had my receipt it was painful trying to get a refund. I think any business that respects their customer would have at least apologized for their mistake! Nope all I received was their bad attitude. I will tell everyone I know to stay clear from this store

Only come here if you want two scoops of teenager angst and a side of “I won’t make eye contact with you”. Worst and negative friendly customer service!

Would not recommend, workers did not wear masks. It's one thing for customers but not employees.

A little different experience with menu changes and transition from COVID protocols. The ice cream flavors were plentiful and my selections were good. Kids enjoyed their 1st time at a BR.

I can honestly say I didn't go to Leopold's Ice Cream shop but I did buy it at the gift shop from the Visitor's Center inTX. It was hard to choose a flavor because they all looked so good. The ice cream was creamy, delicious and refreshing especially on a hot day. The best part was there were no lines!

We heard this was the best ice cream place so we gave it a try. Delicious ice cream and we were lucky that there were no lines (we were told this would be a possibility).

Senior discount! I love that. BR ice cream is pretty good. You are permitted to sit inside if you want.

I would give zero stars if I could. The ice cream tasted like just ice.there was neither cream nor flavor anywhere to be found.the peanut butter "sauce" tasted like just peanut butter and the ice cream tasted freezer burnt. Also, the tiny spoons.i mean dude. When the spoon isn't long enough to come close to the bottom of the sundae cup. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
