Customer service?
They need remedial training. A district manager, a regional manager, somebody from corporate needs to step in and whip this place into shape. I can't believe somebody would put this money out for a franchise, and then have staff like this. The younger ones are pretty good.
We wanted Baskin-Robbins ice cream. The dipping freezer was discussing. Dirty, ice cream was mixed in the buckets. Windows were dirty. If I was baskin I would pull the franchise quickly.
Friendly service, quick service. Got exactly what I ordered as I ordered it.
They locked the doors at or before 7: 24 with people inside ordering still when they close at 8.
Customer service was horrible I would give them zero stars very rude staff and Managment I rather drive an hour away to the farthest Baskin and Robins then deal with these people they can’t even make drinks properly
