Bass Pro Shops reviews
36One of my favorite shops to go to! My husband loves hunting and fishing, my daughter loves looking at the fish, and their clothing line (natural reflections) has become one of my top five favorite/most comfortable & cute clothes! Their holiday decor and Santa is awesome as well:)
They have dead animals everywhere and prices are a bit much on some items but they do alot for kids like santa and such. HUGE fish tank: D
Great selection and very competitive prices but customer service is the worse I have experienced in a very long time. Older associates were rude. We are carrying a 50 lb. Meat slicer trying to check out and no one would even acknowledge us. We had to actually be rude and ask for someone to please take our $350
A really neat store. Lots of things to see there. They have a tank with big fish in it. It is exspensive but it a place to just lool a round you don't have to buy anything. And at hoildays u can get your picture take with santa or the easter bunny for free. They have crafts and give free picture frames sometimes! Very nice to do that! Taking the kids to see santa around christmas has became a tradtion for my family for the last 3 years now! We make a day of it see santa shop the store get food!
Super open and big! I bought two knifes really good price. Suggest to go back to get more because the have a sale on the orange tags.
Every time I try to call this store regarding an item they have in a mailer I get the switchboard. When they transfer my call no one picks up. Not going to drive an hour to strike out. Been there. I'll use the smaller shops from now on. Bass pro has become the Wal-Mart of sporting goods. Poor idea of what customer really is.
Great service I ask multiple questions and never once did anyone get tired of me. They always did the most they could to help out and got me everything that I needed. In all it was a great place to go for anything that you need outdoor wise. It also sometimes does events with the Boy Scouts. Like rifle merit badge.
I love fishing with.bass pro shops they have all that you need there with fantastic staff above and beyond
Nice large store. Nice spread out and not cluttered up. Only thing I wish is there was more of the grilling, smoking, cooking section. More seasonings and so on. Other then that live the place
I mean, it’s a Bass Pro! C’mon! It has anything you need for Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness!
My dad used to take me here as a kid. Used to drive the NASCAR simulator and shoot the laser guns. It was a treat. Even if you don't buy anything here its fun to just go in and hang out a bit. Make sure to take a picture with the 3 story indoor waterfall and fish tank.
Tell the sales people to quit talking fishing stuff with their friends and help the customers.
I despise standing around being ignored and having to listen to fishing stories between the sales clerk and his friend.
Great store, A/C cool, and lots of stuff to browse through. Gun guys very friendly and knowledgeable of thier craft. Everyone should get your man fix there.
Biggest store in the East Mall, and biggest store for miles its a great experience even if youre not a hunter. Awesome taxidermy and displays of many different kinds of animals, great place for the kids.
Giant overpriced Ranger boat sales store. Prices are always way over anywhere else. Got to look.and buy elsewhere! Save a bundle and shop online. Only reason I go is to use gift cards I have won.
Just killing time @ the Harrisburg Mall while visiting. (Used to live in area.) a lot of things are pricey (ie. Clothes)
