Bates worked within our time constraint to completely repair the hail damage on our 2 year old car. Very satisfied with the results and the customer service.

I got rear and front ender back in 4/24/2023. My car was very damage.i took it to Bates for an estimate. Joe make make sure that my car was drivable untill they could get it in to get repair. The staff were very courteous and extremely helpful. My car looks wonderful like it never had a bump. I will highly recommend it.

Bate’s did an amazing job on my car, i have to park in a parking garage for work and some back into my door! Got my car back looks better than when I took it in and they even buffed out a scratch for me! Thank guys so much!

I called to have my truck looked at on July 6th. I was told they were booking for the week of Aug 4th estimates but my insurance carry had to look at it first. I dropped my truck off on July 7th as I was going out of town for 7 days. My insurance carrier did there quote on July 10th. I picked my truck up on July 17th, getting the keys from the receptionist and walked to my truck by an associate saying they would call me.

I never heard back.

Then our community received thunderstorms and hail. I called on July 25th, they said they did not have my phone number and would call me. I never heard back. I called today July 28th and they said all the hail damage is now in front of me and they cannot do my quote for 3 more weeks.

So they just move projects up in front of me? I am not pleased or impressed. I will never attempt business here again.
