Described what we wanted to do with a bathroom. Sales person seemed indifferent because we weren't doing a complete remodeling. Didn't offer any other options. Didn't ever offer a business card.

Appreciated the help they gave us with ideas for remodeling our bathroom. Disappointed when we received the wrong bathtub, which was alot cheaper than what we paid for. Also the countertop for the vanity wasn't made properly to fit our arrangement and we had to pay someone to fix it up for us. They also forgot to make the extra side backsplash we ordered.

Went there to look at bathtubs. The lady in the showroom was helpful but then she had to go upstairs to get someone to help me with scheduling and she did not come down for a very long time. And when she did come she wasn’t very helpful.

I recently contracted Bath Barn to complete a fairly extensive bathroom project. This involved a reconstruction of a main floor powder room to include a new shower. I worked with my design consultant, Bob Eberly, to create a new room layout that would expand the footprint and enable the installation of the shower. This also included a complete updating of the older colors, floor and fixtures of the powder room. Bob made excellent design choices for both functional features and custom appointments. As with any significant remodel there were surprises and bumps in the road. My Bath Barn team worked to resolve all unexpected issues to my complete satisfaction. I evaluate price in relation to value delivered and this was 5 star.
