Omg I love this place associate came up and asked if i needed help walked around with me showing me different things And they have 75 percent off on select items right now

The people are so nice and so helpful and I've been in several stores and they all treat you nice and a very helpful

The people working were very helpful in showing new products and not overbearing.
No pushy sale clerks.
It was a very relaxing time browsing throughout the store!

Not many stores remaining at Montgomeryville Mall. This store has excellent customer service & knowledgeable staff. Good selection. I like the small room sprays & hand sanitizers. Prices are fair.

I asked a question to DREW in the difference between two products and instead of answering me he laughed in my face. I was applauded that an employee would try abs make me feel stupid. Extremely unprofessional. Do you Ray’s favor and visit a different location.

Bath and Body works has a bunch of different soups and lotions. If you are looking for a gift for some one stop by and take a look around at the varieties of items. If you need help looking for something, an associate is bound to walk up and ask if you need any help. The workers are very polite and the vibe of the store is calm and nice. They also have bath bombs, if you wanna spice up the bath, turn on some tunes and relaxxx.

Bath and Body at Montgomery Mall is good with the same setup but with new scents, do try the holiday body lotions INTo the night which is coming up with a mini perfume, body lotion with shimmery body cream, its amazing. Also try the Forever Red scent, it as well comes in body lotion, mist, body cream. All the scents are coming in roll on size perfume for travel cases. There are few new Christmas smells that have come up, you surely will feel christmasy when you visit here. There will be a sale of $2.95 or something under $3 deal for everything that come ever year in December so keep an eye on it:)

I absolutely love this place! The candles are my favorite and I always collect all the coupons I can to use them when there are sales. My absolute favorite day of the year to shop here is black Friday. I save a fortune every year:)

Annual candle day and the store is hot, crowded, and one long checkout line, almost to the front door. I think they need a bigger space. Staff always friendly, and checkout was fast once you finally got to it.

Amazing friendly service from the shift manager very kind and knowledgeable of the product that she was selling and suggestions that she was able to give me

I love that these guys keep coming up with new and clever smells, but the check out speed is going to be a problem at Christmas time.good sales too though

This is the first time I've been to Bath and Body Works in years. Still lots of great stuff. I would prefer a slightly less cluttered visual set up so it would be easier to find certain scents. The staff are teenagers, one was friendly, the other was annoyed at the world. Also a year round, pure mint scent would be a nice addition, but that's a note for corporate.

There store always smells fresh and inviting! Love some of there lotions and they have such variety of smells and types of lotions

Customer service sucks here. Not one person approached me to say hi and or offered help. Not surprised to receive this type of treatment from PA. Cali and Florida’s stores are friendlier to all kinds of people. I left without a purchase.

The service was great. I had 2 young ladies who were very attentive and helpful with different options I wanted for Wallflowers. They helped me with informing me of discounts too. I am very pleased. I will be back.

Great customer service! I told the cashier that my purchase was for my bridesmaids gifts and she gave me cute cellophane bags and ribbons to wrap them with! She was very considerate and made sure I had all the coupons available when I told her my coupon app wasn't working.

Often times, I go here for the candles. The store manager, Kristin, is always polite and courteous! Her associates are the same. Whenever I can't find anything or if I have a question, someone is usually close by to answer them for me. The random sales that they have are pretty good as well!

Standard store set-up and offerings, but good for a drop in if you prefer that to ordering online, or if you just want to smell all the seasonal options.

Sales girl was so uncooperative and rude! As inside store didn’t have network coverage, I couldn’t open my email coupons and I told the the girl to keep hold my items for couple minutes and I went outside to open my online coupon. When I came back I wondered she didn’t keep my items and not even sorry for that!

The sales they have are great! And their customer service was pleasant and very helpful. Going back to add to my collection.
