Bath & Body Works, Philadelphia PA

Meh. Nothing new. Usual after holiday sales. Let without buying anything. Nothing " wowed " me that was worth standing in line.

I have been going to B&BW for years. This location is still kinda new to me, but it's never dull and always a pleasure. I have been to this store twice within a week. I just bought a nice little load of fragrance sets yesterday from the end of year sale and I'm still not satisfied. I need more. If I had a complaint, it would only be that I wish they had a larger men's section and they were added into the annual sale, because this is an awesome place to get gifts for the men in your life. My sons love it too.

Thank you for your help! Love this store, their selection and the service! Had coupons to use today and wasn’t sure what I could do with any of them, if they applied to the deals, etc. Well, in comes the Manager Mandy (who was my Christmas elf!) to help me figure it all out. She took the time to help direct me to the scents I needed, and I the coupons and deals! Spent way more than I wanted to, but it was worth it! Was able to get half of the gals on my list done. Really all around great service from everyone in the store.

This use to be my favorite store until what I experience this morning. The staff members were very helpful and friendly until I had a issued with my promo code and the manager Mandie (Amanda) was unbothered rude, unpatriotic, neglectful for the customer needs and customers should always feel welcomed by management just a bad experience for my morning yearly candle shopping with my family!

Horrible customer service. I had an issue with my 20% off coupon & the manager Amanda aka Mandie was very nasty, rude & dismissive. I would not recommend going shopping at this bath & body works!

Tracyann was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable about Bath & Body Works products. I was going shopping for a birthday gift & she was telling me about the Store App. 5 star service.

Greet customers, then shout out your sales. That was weird as I entered this store. The lady shouted " wallflowres on sale today". Every customer is different. I actually enjoy this store each time but that was alarming.

The staff was exceptionally helpful with helping me make the right choice for my purchases. They were so kind & very attentive to my needs, the store was very clean as well as in order. Thanks for the great products!

I love bath and body works. Who doesn't. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Something I noticed though and I don't know if it's just me or what, but twice now, I absolutely loved a scent in the store. Loved it so much, that I got several of the same kind. Then when I get home, the smell has completely changed and is actually not very pleasant. So much so that I have returned them and have ones to return now. But like I said It could very well be me, or the fact that I'm smelling so much stuff at once my nose gets confused or something. I love shopping online too, but nothing is better then going into the actual store. One good thing about this store is. I always seem to catch the sales at the very end, and this store seems to have good stuff still until the end. I'm sure there's lots that I missed because of timing, but I was still pretty satisfied with catching the tail end of the deal.

Selection is ok.the employees are kind of a drawback.i don't know what's up with BBW and their hiring processes lately, but the passive aggressiveness from your cashiers and associates on the floor is getting REALLY old.your heavyset blonde cashier was getting snippy and nasty like she was going through the biggest rush of the season when there was like five women in the store - max. Got impatient with me about scanning my coupon when it was really on her trying to go too fast and the code not registering.sarcastically told me to download the app.i've said it before and i'll say it again.it doesn't matter if you plaster on that fake smile and chipper baby voice, your condescending behavior will get your feelings very hurt when you meet your match one day.learn how to treat people with respect.

The staff here are super helpful and very patient. They let me browse as long as I wanted, answered questions when I needed answers and suggested new scents I might like. Also told me about the sales right as I walked in.

The app gives many promotions so the cashiers are friendly but seem impatient when you try to understand what they’re about

one girl with brown hair conveniently walked away from register when i’ve been waiting to be served

Fully stocked and the wait in line wasn't long at all considering how crowded it was today for the candle sale

Always a good experience. The staff is friendly and even on busy days the store is organized.
