Bath Fitter, Cranberry Twp PA

I was skeptical of Bath Fitter, but figured I would at least get the free estimate since I was looking for an affordable and quick way to update my horrible peeling tub and ugly bath tile. They really exceeded my expectations from the very beginning—from the estimator to the installers. They were prompt, courteous, communicated in a timely and clear fashion, and installed sooner than promised and very quickly. They also offered really nice fixtures, which I was pleased about. My matching matte black drain pieces were on backorder, but instead of making me wait for all the pieces in order to install everything, they did do it sooner with some temporary non-matching pieces so that I did not have to wait, and then called me as soon as the matching pieces came in and installed them that same week. I had no hidden extra expenses, and they were very up front and honest about what they could offer me and the best choices to go in my bathroom to get the best result. The change is fantastic and I love using it everyday. I love not having to scrub grout ever again too. Highly recommend if you need a budget bathroom refresh that won’t cause you to lose use of a bathroom for more than 24 hours!

I visited the Cranberry location today and customer service was terrible. The gentleman who was working today had no interest in helping me and giving me info. There where NO other customers in the showroom! Very disappointed….

So far, very friendly. They were not pushy at all. I will give another thorough after my kitchen is done in the summer.

Very long process for tiny bathroom remodel. Employees who actually did the labor were very good. Salesperson Jeff not responsive after sale completed. Difficult to resolve issues with incorrect sizing of items installed.

Jim Taddeo was awesome to work with from Bath Fitters! He was very knowledgeable and helpful to us in choosing the best features for our tub/shower remodel.

Existing tub and walls removed on Day 1. New walk-in shower installed and finished on Day 2. Very confident with completed work. Salesman, Jim Taddeo was very easy to work with and very accessible via phone when it came to making everything work smoothly. No hidden costs. Everything was explained up front and worked out perfectly. Reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.

They just an amazing job and very quickly. It is like a whole new bathroom now after their installation. And great that we were able to get some handlebars to help the more elderly relative visit.

Very professional representatives from office staff, salesperson, and the technicians. They installed a shower stall which included plumbing, and the finished product looked fantastic and met my high standards with attention to detail. Technicians were friendly and respected my property, and even covered the floors and the bathroom fixtures. I highly recommend Bath Fitter!

The salesman confused orders and they installed the wrong Color all around. Weeks later they installed the correct color. Bought my own tub and shower faucet, couldn’t use that particular shower for weeks and you would think you could “trust Bathfitter” to do the right thing but they still charged me the full amount. That’s not taking care of your customer at all. The slightest of discount would have spoken volumes for Bathfitter but no. Don’t trust them.
