The guy working there was very rude. I called about a seal for a cap door and he said Ishould bring it in to compare with what he had in stock. When I got there he was working on a customers bed liner which was fine but when he can back into the shop to put the liner in he didn't even acknowledge i was there so after he put the liner in he proceeded to go get a tailgate guard and still didn't give me the time of day. I mentioned to him that I was the one who called about the seal and showed him what I had. His response was that he couldn't see from where he was which was about 8 feet away. I needed to wait until he was completely done with the liner and getting paid from the other customer before he looked at what I had which took him one second to say he didn't have it. Just thought he could have looked at what I needed and said yes or no if he had it. I didn't expect him to drop what he was doing and take care of me but he could've looked at it and sent me on my way since he knew in a second that he didn't have what I wanted. He was nice enough to give me suggestions as to where to get the seal though.

Was told it could take up to 8weeks for it to be made and ready for install. It was closer to two weeks. Professional install was quick and done right. No leaks. Perfect fit and color match. They will do anything possible to make your topper perfect. Listen to what they say as they know what mods are a waste of money. If you want it they will do it but take the time to ask questions and listen. Very pleased with the whole process. Thanks
