Terrible experience all around. I don't necessarily want to air all the laundry publicly, but I would like to get in contact with management of this location.

I was able to get my batteries disposed of properly for $3. Prolly could find a business that’ll charge less or nothing but I am willing to shop around first.

Appointment for phone battery replacement confirmed via email. Left work early, drove an hour, only to be told that my appt has been canceled due to them not having the battery. No email, no text, no call. They didn't even offer to check other stores in the area to see if they had the battery. Just plain awful.

Purchased a battery for an ION speaker. Batteries Plus had what was needed. Michael was the sales associate and he was absolutely beyond amazing. Very courteous and polite. Knowledgeable. What a great asset to this company. Highly recommend.

Any type of battery that you need or want they have and if you need help installing it they can do that too and if they don't have it they can get it

Very nice place to shop for anything related to their title (batteries and bulbs). Friendly people and knowledgeable. Fair prices, I use them alot.

The customer service here is beyond incredible! They were very professional. I walked in to get my screen fixed and they was able to get it done the same day and within an hour. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Outstanding service. I was looking for a hard to find battery and the employees knew exactly what I needed, and even made a modification so I could continue to use the correct socket. All at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for prompt, knowledgeable and professional service.

Batteries plus Bulbs on Jonestown Rd repaired the non operative screen on my Iphone SE. Did a great job.everyone was pleasant and professional. Didn't take long and I felt the price was reasonable. Very happy with service.

Young Man working the Counter was Personable, very knowledgeable and helpful. I had called earlier to check on my status and he remembered me - having everything ready. (sorry I did not get his name - Friday 9/17 @ 3: 00). Always a great experience.

Came in right before they closed and Steven hooked me up with a a screen repair that I needed today and saved my phone and is all good
