The employees were Very Nice and Helpful. I am VERY Thankful and Appreciative for that. Also Justin brought the batteries out to my car and I was SO Grateful bcuz I have a broken hip and that was SO Helpful! I did my order online and saved a little money. Being on a fixed income I was VERY Thankful for the coupon. THANK YOU!

I bought the keys off ebay. And was told to bring them hear for cut/programming by the dealer i bought the car from. They were a direct match and would’ve worked. But the first key, the machine cut wrong. And the key didnt work. So they used their other machine to cut my 2nd key and it worked. Well the associates gave me a replacement shell and cut it and it worked.and they programmed them and that worked.then the manager made the associates charge me for the replacement. So i ended up paying $129.24
When initially my total charge for having them cut/programmed was $90.09
Still not bad considering what the dealership would’ve charged. The fee to cut is $85 plus tax and non refundable if it doesn't work. As i said, better than dealership prices. But just know, if their machine cuts your key wrong, the $85 cut charge is non-refundable. And getting a replacement from them is still going to cost you. Buying the blank directly from them was over $90 for my car and them still $85 plus tax to cut.

If you know anything about changing a battery in your car, don't go here only to watch inexperienced personnel attempt to change it.
And now they charge by the pound to recycle your cordless batteries!
I wont go back!

Stooped in to get my Mom's watch a new battery. They had it in stock and replaced it quickly.

When I went in to pick up my on-line order, the young man asked if there was anything else I needed. I'd been forgetting that my key fob needed a battery, I asked if they did that, and the price, and in less than 5 minutes it was back in my hands! Very happy customer.

Batteries plus is not the place to go for reputable service. They do not stand behind what they sell. They make excuses for not giving warranty.replacement on their batteries

Great staff! Great service! I’m a frequent customer, they have repaired my kids iPhones and iPad. I don’t stress I just take it to them. I also bought a key fob from them and they programmed it no problem.

I ordered online, went to store the same day.
Free installation, Working perfect for a few weeks now.

Wow! What great service and kudos to Dave and the rest of the staff for their help in getting batteries for our grandkid's Power Wheels. These toy cars are over 30 years old and after their help, they work!

Overall nice experience. I ordered a battery online & when went to pick it up they had it all ready for me. Already filled it with acid & had it charging for me so it was ready to use right away. Quite pleased!

Dropped off batteries, and light bulbs for recycling. The employee was very nice & helpful.

The staff at the Camp Hill store were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service.
