HAD WHAT I NEEDED IN STOCK AND HAD A GRAY CASE DURACELL THAT WAS MADE IN USA. I WENT TO TWO OTHER PLACES AND NONE HAD A HARLEY BATTERY MADE IN USA.

My only complaint about this place was that it seemed like the manager, (who by the way seemed very genuine and kind hearted),

Great place. Ordered odd sized bulb I needed and had other replacement bulb in stock. Tom was very helpful.

Unique store. Good inventory of, as the sign says, batteries and bulbs. They carry a few other items and do some tech repairs. If you need a hard to find battery, you'll find it here.

They fixed an older iPhone that the Apple store had already pronounced dead, knew within 5 minutes of our arrival (without an appointment) that the repair was going to work, and had the repair completed in 15. Cost us under $80 and saved my daughter's Disney pics, when all Apple would do was sell us another phone for $300. Fast, friendly and willing to go above and beyond. Wish we had come here first. They even said beforehand that if the repair didn't work, we wouldn't owe anything.

I recently had a key made for my car at this store. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and worked very hard to get my key made. They offer fair prices for their merchandise and I would recommend this location for your needs.

No wasted gas or time. Ordered hard to find bulb, they let me know when there to pick up. Easy Peasy.

Very honest capable people. I came in to get a chip in my new car key case programmed, $40.00 (way cheaper than Honda wanted for the job). Instead the very nice technician took the chip out of my broken key case and put it in the new case. (I didn't know the chip was removable). $5.00 even though it probably took as much time as the programing would have taken. Key works great.

This purchase was for a Duracell Car Battery for a Acura MDX. In stock, online purchase, ready for customer pick up not long after order placed, easy pick up and install, battery was fresh and price was good. So the only unknown is the lifespan. Note: The battery is a perfect fit. They won't install it. Why they won't is due to some factory warning about navigation system reset which you as the owner have code to

They had in stock a Duracell sealed lead acid battery for my alarm system and I also had a watch battery installed while I was there.

I had ordered a similar battery from a competitor of yours on the internet. The first one I received was bad! I shipped it back and eceived a replacement: also bad! I returned it and asked for a refund. In the meantime, I placed an order for a battery at Batteries Plus Bulbs. It was already in your store in the Lehigh Valley. Picked it up and installed it; it works great! I was a pleasure dealing with BPB, both through the web site, and in person at the store!

Was in the store for the first & last time this place is a joke, why would I go here for just light bulbs an batteries when I can go to Home Depot Wal-Mart K mart or a automotive store an get it just as cheap.

Great dealing with them, it was my 1st time ordering online with them I ordered a motorcycle battery online and not even 15 minutes later I received an email from them informing that the battery was ready for pick up. Got there and the battery was already on the counter. Awesome. Will do business with them again.

They had the exact same batteries for my trolling motor as were installed 5 years and 6 months ago. Good price and easy transaction.

I buy many batteries here for my employer. The manager and staff of this location are always very helpful and have what I need in stock.

Amazing customer service. I needed a difficult size bulb and Roque really took the time with me to find what I needed. I will be definitely be back

From the moment I walked in Tom made a point to make sure I was not only taken care of but he gladly answered any questions I had even took the time to explain what and why I needed the battery I did. I really appreciated how thorough he was and I even feel like I left his store with a friend!
