Baxter Plumbing & Heating Inc reviews
12Furnace was delivering hot water, but no heat to the house. Baxter's sent out an HVAC tech who was extremely polite and professional. He managed to fix the problem quickly. For 30 years I have never had a problem with their service.
I’ve been told that Dave was suppose to come fix my heating system. He’s blown me off for weeks. I’m frustrated. Don’t use these people they waste your time
Very satisfied with service. We’ve been living with a furnace that’s been on its last legs for years. Finally got around to getting it replaced and Baxter did an amazing job at a fair price.
Tankless Water Heater Install:
Pat, Nate, and Dave were all great to work with. Nate and Dave who did the install, called before they arrived as a heads up, were on time, very friendly and worked efficiently. Very happy with the entire process and our tankless water heater install. All work is tidy and you can tell Pat and Nate take pride in their work. When speaking to Dave on the phone he was very responsive to all communications, and worked with me to quote multiple options so I could make the choice that best fit our time frame and budget when our old hot water heater broke unexpectedly. Would highly recommend and will be using Baxter plumbing again in the future for all our plumbing and HVAC needs.
Called for them to come give me an estimate on possible furnace ac. They told me they would come around 330 pm. Never showed up and no call. Not even a call today. Not good business practices.
Our furnance stopped working and they came out the next day to replace our furnance. I have used them multiple times and they are always friendly and professional. Highly recommend
Cut my drain pipe in half found a clogg. Left and said they would either be back to cut the clog out that afternoon or call me. Didn't show up or call. I called the next day they said maybe this afternoon, I took off work never showed. Called again and was told I could pay emergency overtime rate for someone to come out. Two days before Thanksgiving. Nope I will call someone else
Was called about a out door spigot that needed repaired and dude cut my hose off and destroyed it, Instead of unhooking hose and capping the line till spring. Price of new hose will be deducted from the bill when i get bit. Not happy.
Spoke with Bill answered my questions via phone and text, called several days later Mark sent Bill to ck ac filled freon runs great. Good job by all.
I been keeping my furnace in working order, this was first time I couldn't figure out why furnace was not working. Within a half hour the technician found the 2 issues and it was alive again at a really fair price.
We've had to call Baxter's a couple of times for unexpected repairs. They're quick to respond, very knowledgeable, professional, and charge a reasonable rate. We highly recommend Baxter's.
The first time they didn't ware masks. Cut a big hole in the wall and never cleaned up entirely and didn't cover the hole in the wall. The second time they stopped they where 2 hours late and still without a mask. We have people in the home with compromised immune systems. And giving attitude about never showing up when they said they where going to.
Will tell everyone about our experience.
