Professional staff, prompt, courteous, understanding, no waiting, phones answered and appointments made in a timely manner.

Disturbing experience…my husband just had a CT scan at Bayfront Open MRI/CT. Despite the huge sign on the door stating everyone must wear a mask, not one patient or front office staff worker was wearing one. The technician performing the CT scan was the only one masked. This would not have been the case at one of the hospitals. Despite the wait to get an appointment for a CT scan at the hospitals, I would recommend doing so. I just can not endorse a “medical” facility that does not enforce masking.

Sat in the waiting room with no one else around for over 30 minutes past appt time. Receptionist agents dont say anything at all and when asked about the delay they looked at me as if I was inconveniencing them. They said yeah we've been slow.

When asked if I should reschedule my other physical therapy appointments that take place in 1.5 hours the response was yeah that might be a good thing.

I had difficulty making an appointment. Called several times only to get an answering service. Drove to the location only to find office was closed. Went following week on Monday as a walk in. Technician staff was short so it took 45 minutes to get in. While waiting to get in, there was very inappropriate and unprofessional language taking place in office. This language wasn’t coming from staff. It seemed to have been a someone that doesn’t work there full time. I was just about ready to leave when they called me in for x-rays. No complaints with the technicians or staff. They did a very good job.

Went here for Open MRI of my Neck. Was in quickly, got the Procedure done, the attending staff were very Informative of what to expect, Attentive, Respectful and caring of your Situation. Very nice and Clean. For having an MRI, I'm very thankful I went here. 5 from me. Would Highly recommend to anyone.
