Rented a bounce house for my daughter’s birthday party. Everything was super easy from ordering to set up to take down. Plus everyone was friendly! Will definitely be using them for future rentals and will recommend to family and friends!

We rented an awesome water slide this weekend for my daughter’s birthday party. Totally worth the cost and love supporting this business. They were so helpful and responsive. Drop off and pick up were so easy. We will rent from them again!

Beanie Bounce Party Rentals Has Horrible Customer Service! I rented the moon bounce for 6/25/2022. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
The OWNER ANGELA VISINTIN is very un professional she refused to give me and my family money back, I rented the MINNIE MOUSE moon bounce for my Daughter 2nd party and her son never showed up and I didn’t get a call or text from them at all, I had to reached out to him to try to solve this issue and he told me flat out I will get some of my money but then when I spoked with his mother ANGELA VISINTIN she told me I can’t be refunded. She yelled at me and my cousin on the phone! She’s was very rude and un patient with us, So I was told I will not be allowed to receive my money which is $381 that I payed for the moon bounce. The only person who was kind and very patient was KRIS so that one star is for him! And when you choose to lie about communication that’s where everything goes wrong. They lied about calling me and I never got a CALL from ANGELA VISINTIN SON, I had to contact him through email and have him call me. I’m very disappointed as a consumer and I will no longer use this company again and my sister won’t either after this bad experience!

This is our third year renting from Beanie Bounce. We are so happy with it! The staff is friendly and efficient. They call to confirm. We use Beanie Bounce exclusively for various events throughout the year (and have been for years!). They are fantastic to work with. They respond quickly, answer questions and provide incredible service.

These guys are awesome! They have so much stuff. Great bounce house, but they also had a face painter that was the hit of the party. They brought chairs, Connect 4, cornhole, and an old-school cotton candy machine! Perfect for a Carnival theme. It's a one stop shop and the communication was great. Bad weather caused us to shift the party a day later and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Our kids party was a big success, with Beanie Bounce being a huge part of it. Thanks guys!

Great service. Website is good for reference, but calling is the way to go. I got all the information I needed with comfortable flexibility. I was contacted a day before drop off to be notified of drop off time. Bounce house arrived on time and was setup nicely. Removal and cleanup went smooth as well. It was the main attraction at the 5-year old kids party, so it worked perfectly!
