Heather did a wonderful job with our Christmas wedding flowers! Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Just beautiful.

Horrible customer service, I called 4 times and before I could say “hello” they hang up. They finally answer the 5th time… I go on and tell her that I have an order that hasn’t been delivered and I just wanted an update. She very rudely replies “ well we have more then 75 orders I need the order number to look you up”. Over the phone I hear she hands the phone to someone else, and tells her to help me. This new lady was much helpful and nice. She tells me that they gave my order to some other company and don’t know if they will deliver it. I completely understand they might be busy, but they can’t even call to give an update. What just topped things off was that I called the company they told me, and their telling me that they don’t have an order for me.
0 respect for my time and money.

I have ordered several times from this company and they are always top notch. Friendly and very caring. They put their love in every arrangement.

We ordered multiple arrangements for a funeral, and Heather and staff did an amazing job on all of them. They were nicely done, so beautiful, and reasonably priced! Heather was also able to add the hummingbirds to the arrangements that I requested, which meant a lot to me.
I recommended Bearly Enough Flowers to a family member out of state to send flowers for the same service, and she was so pleased with Heather’s customer service and how pleasant she was to work with, which I agree with. We will use them for all of our flower needs!

Amazing work! And when I found out I couldn't see my family for Christmas, they delivered the flowers I ordered the next day! Less than 12 hours later! Meant so much to me and my parents. Will do business with them again, being that I live 3 hours away from mansfield
