My wife and I would like to share what a wonderful experience we had at your Cranberry mattress store. Shyanne was both very knowledgeable and friendly. She let us discuss options and gave us some details about the different types of beds. We also discussed with her what we would need for accessories.
When we were about to leave, we asked a question about some of the bed frames that would raise and lower for our parents bed to allow them more comfort. She came up with a solution for us and we bought a bed frame for them as well as the King sized mattress for ourselves. What a nice young lady and a very good salesperson. Shyanne was amazing! She found a mattress that was comfortable for me, got me a great deal, and even helped me load the mattress and box spring into my truck in the heat and humidity! Maximum Effort on her part!

Shyanne was very helpful. She was very informative and help us get exactly what we needed. She was able to answer all of our questions and made the process of buying a new mattress quick and painless.

We stopped in only an hour before the store closed to see what mattress they had available. After checking several out we had decided on one but it was almost closing time. The employee (Shyanne) did not hesitate to stay a little longer for us to make the purchase that day and answer all the questions we had. We were able to pick it up the following day and it was already wrapped in plastic and ready to go when we got there. The employee working then (Kyle) was a big help loading it into our truck. Overall, it was a great experience mattress shopping at Bears Mattress in Cranberry.

Wonderful sales girl, Cheyenne. There were some issues with my order but they were on top of it and took care of everything very quickly. My only grouse is this is the first mattress store I've dealt with that doesn't offer free delivery.
