Very helpful in answering all of my questions before setting up my services.

CAUTION! Hired beauty lawn to do my yard this year (2020). Purchased full year treatment with grub control. I am not one to complain about services but I would just caution anyone looking for lawn services to check around for other options. The administrative staff are always nice and friendly on the phone (great people!). However. I called due to having brown dead spots in my yard (my neighbor who do not get their lawns treated did not have brown spots). I also asked, as I was digging up grubs throughout my yard 4 weeks after having their "Guaranteed Grub Control" treatment. I had a written response from the manager simply stating my yard needed more water and that grub control would continue through the 2020 season.
I ended up calling and canceling upcoming treatments which I was refunded for those but not refunded for the "guaranteed grub control". I feel bad giving a local company a negative review but when you spend big money on lawn treatment, I feel it is right to warn people.
