The owners are always so nice when I come here and the prices are great for the things I am looking for.

Stopped in to grab a few things. The owner is so nice! Helped me find items quickly. Customer service is amazing! Will be returning

Products I use to buy pre-pandemic were not in stock. Other products were very small in size with the higher price. The owners have changed, not very approachable when inquiring about product changes

BEAUTY POINT at 5601 Lancaster Avenue in West Philadelphia is a shining light of kindness, generosity, the best attitude, value, service and assistance in West Philadelphia. Abundant free parking. THEY PLAY GOSPEL MUSIC, WHICH MAKES THE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WONDERFUL. A BEAUTIFUL ATMOSPHERE!

I’ve been to MANY beauty supply stores in West Philadelphia where the staff were rude, indifferent and showed little regard for helping me find what I want. The staff at those establishments act like their feet hurt; had a stomach ache; were on their cell phones, IGNORING me standing right in front of them; have hormonal problems; and show no regard in being remotely interested in helping me find what I need. WHAT THE… REALLY? REALLY! REALLY. Not. Happy.

In short, the staff at those other beauty supply stores were simply UNPROFESSIONAL. You may have a different experience at other beauty supply stores and ignore or overlook the attitude of staff and owners. Bless you if you find you like that type of service.
