Beaver Valley Foot Clinic Moon Township reviews
6Super fast and easy, everyone was very nice and took great care of me.
Dr. Tina and her staff were very competent and friendly as they helped my son come up with the best treatment plan for his athletes foot, taking the time to address our questions and concerns.
Both the Dr and the staff at BVFC we’re so friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out very quickly and with a great solution/action plan.
I had a traumatic experience with Dr. Teimouri. I went in for an ingrown toenail 24 hours after calling. The office was packed with older patients, but the staff was kind enough. One assistant led me to an exam room, where she immediately started disinfecting my toe. I asked what was going on, and she said it needed to be cut out. Dr. Teimouri did not even look at it or explain anything! She simply came in and numbed me. I told her I have anxiety with needles, and not only did she not reassure me, but she also pulled out the needle and tools in front me. The numbing was extremely painful and traumatic, and before she cut it, she told me that redheads feel more pain and need 25% more Novocaine, which made me panic. My toe was also completely numb for 24 hours, and when I called to ask if it was normal, they told me to just wait because it would go away "soon. " She did not tell me how to prevent this problem from reoccurring, nor how to heal it. She treated me like an emergency doctor: fixing the symptoms, but not the problem. She did not listen to my concerns, nor was she respectful of my anxiety.
6 months later, the nail isn't growing correctly and is infected again. I visited Dr. Edward Carnevale today, shaking and nauseous from nerves, and he was LIGHTYEARS better than Teimouri. He examined my toe, explained the solution and the cause of the problem, and let me decide if I wanted to schedule the surgery to cut the nail and kill the nail bed, removing the problem. Although the surgery will be painful, I am confident that he actually cares about me as a patient.
