Two words: Life changing. I was referred to Amy and Be Balanced by a friend who said it worked for her. And it worked for me too. I lost 20lbs in a month and have kept it off. The Be Balanced program works - if you follow it. Amy was available, helpful and encouraging. She always kept our appointments and was flexible. I highly recommend Amy and Be Balanced if you are looking to lose weight and keep it off. If you want to change your life, the way you eat and challenge yourself, this plan is for you. I plan on doing it again to lose another 10lbs.
