Owner arrived10 minutes late 9: 40am, to open the shop on a very cold day with customers waiting. I called the day before and they told me no appointment necessary they open at 9: 30, the awning had 9 to 7 listed as the time. And no where else did it have the hours listed at the business. Anyway, a woman arrived with a scowl on her face and ignored the other two customers and myself, while she opened the doors. Unprofessional does not even describe how they treat customers. I left without getting services.

I have been going to this salon for over five years. Annie, Mary, Julie and Helen are all terrific! They uniformly do a great job on manicures, pedicures and waxing.they have fantastic customer service (Annie remembers everyone's name) and are reasonably priced for the quality of the services. Great nail salon!

Horrible I had wavy nails gel peeling already on Mani and pedi just got them done the other day

Its in the hood what do expect. But never again. I should of done my own nails. Use too much acrylic

I made an appointment and when i got there they closed theres doors at 6 and online it said 7. I paid for the lashes and everything and they said no refund for a job that wasnt even done.horrible and the woman had the most disgusting attitude.

The woman who owns the shop makes the visit easier to get through with her keen sense of knowing how to communicate well with customers

This place is the worst.they don’t do nails right at all my first time and last time.they move so fast that they dont take the time to do your nails right.
