Richard was so helpful and got a tech out to help fix my AC system. They were very professional and got everything running immediately.

This company was a nightmare from the get go. Our installation was stopped before completion even though we had no heat source. Once completed, install was faulty and we ended up with soaked carpets. Warranty service was non existent. Equipment had multiple issues and we have to replace entire unit. Their customer service is the worst.
Would never recommend this company.

Terrible business etiquette. Paid over 16k for bechdel to put in upstairs and downstairs central air units in 2018, mind you the units are still under warranty. We have been without heat and ac for 6 months due to both of our units junking out. Multiple phone calls being dragged around and fed a sob story about how they have been so busy/parts are on back order. Called the manufacturer and they state no parts are back ordered/never ordered. The manufacturer asked for an order number, called bechdel and they said we will be SOL if we contact the manufacturer again. I have a family with young children and can not be without heat or ac. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere unless you want the headache of dealing with a lying company. Not to mention when they installed our fridge water line, they tore up all the brand new linoleum floor under our fridge in the process. Will be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Have used this company for years. Very responive to my plumbing and geothermal needs. On occasion, when repairs have not been done perfectly, they promptly correct the problem and lower the bill. Can't ask for better service.

Would never hire this company again. Showed up for a leak on a Friday in our bathroom. He was suppose to come back the following Monday and replace knobs on bathroom sink never showed up never called nothing. Never heard back from them. Never will call them again. Horrible service.
