Very responsive, professional and friendly dealership. Sent an email inquiring about a new bike, Andrew responded to me in less than an hour. Offered me a fair price on my trade over the phone. Had all the paperwork ready for when I showed up to pick up my new bike up the next day.

I was looking for a new bike and my local shop wasnt doing much for me.i decided to call bedfordsuzukiyamaha and the service was exceptional! Chris was fantastic! Answered all my questions and made it happen. The woman in the office was awesome all my paperwork was done and ready for me to sign when i got there. My wife and I were at a restaurant 2 days later and another salesman recognized us and came over with his family just to check on us and our buying experience.that's awesome service!

I bought my first ATV here earlier this year. Everybody was friendly and helpful. They have good prices and a nice selection of accessories. I’ll definitely shop here again.

The best dealership experience can be found at Bedford Suzuki Yamaha. They bent over backwards to accommodate me. I live 2 hours away from the dealership, I was not able to make it in person to the dealership before Penndot was closed. So they let us finalize the paperwork thru email. That way they could run down to Penndot and get me my plate before I showed up. Best Dealer experience of my life, wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I was looking for a end of year Rmax LE and contacted Bedford Yamaha and spoke to the owner several times. He answered my questions and was very fair on the deal we reached. On arrival they had my unit and all my accessories ready as requested so I could get back on the road asap. He and his wife made my purchase experience great. I would highly suggest to give them a opportunity on your next purchase.

Great bike shop and very welcoming atmosphere. I will be returning for service in the future and I live 45 min away. The owners are very considerate also and professional. I enjoyed working with them from start to finish especially compared to some other cycle shops. Great customer service and fair!

I was on a backroads multi day tour and unfortunately picked up a big rivet in my back tire. I rode along watching my tire pressure monitor as the tire slowly lost air.

As I rolled down a hill, Bedford Suzuki Yamaha came into view. I pulled in and asked if they could help.

They could not have been any nicer. They got my bike into the shop right away and examined the tire and found the big rivet sticking out.

I would have bought a new tire if they had the right size (I was on a BMW) but they didn't, so the owner himself plugged the tire for me.

In under an hour they had me back on the road. This is how motorcycle shops are supposed to be.

Everyone at bsy is very helpful n nice I can go in there and ask questions I deal with them all the time. Chris is really nice I can talk to him for hours n learn new stuff every time I go there

I purchased a 2021 benchee from this place. I took it back for service first time I rode it because it was not working properly. They said nothing was wrong. Next time I took it out it locked up. Sent back for service. Got a run around for months. Saying it was under
Warranty they would fix.they tore it all apart and left it outside for months. Really bad experience. Still do not have machine fixed.

I highly recommend this dealership, the new owners got me the machine I was searching for & really took good care of me. Will definitely be back.

Five Stars! I am very impressed with this dealership! I met the new owners and they are super nice and easy to work with. Very positive experience. The entire staff was very professional and on point for all my questions. They have a pretty dag gone good selection. I strongly suggest you check them out if you are in the market, I do not think you'll regret it. On a side note, the service department is also top notch. All in all, very pleasant experience and I plan to check with them for all my Suzuki/Yamaha parts, accessories and motorized toys. Live life to the fullest, that's my moto.

Under New Owners that are keen in delivering good products and service. Bought a new dirt-bike helmet for my 8y o. He's new to it so I wanted something decent and not too basic but didn't want to spend a fortune. Bedford has a good selection of decent helmets with cool graphics and at the $100 price point. Inexpensive but not "cheap" in terms of build, good value for money. Happy with the purchase and glad to see a nice couple ae at the helm of this reputable shop.

This place is a joke wanted to get tires put on my bike but they wouldn't put my tires on that I bought because I didn't buy them there
