Let the public beware. Someone from this outfit managed to get my "private cell phone number, " then called and text the following;
Hey my name is Sharoyne I am a real estate investor I was wondering if you would consider a offer for your property?
I promptly declined, blocked this individual and asked that they lose my info. Beware the predators!
