THEY LIE ABT PRESALES AND LET STAFFF PICK THRU AND SUE AND GRACE ARE SUPPER RUDE AND IS NOT FAIR TO CUSTUMERS FOR THE HOUSE THEY HAVE PRESALES AND EVERYTHING DO NOT PICK THESE PEOPLE! 1! 1

I recently had an estate sale with this company in beechview. October They not only disrespected me, they stole from me.

They made me shut my cameras off saying it was illegal. Red flag #1 In reality soon as i left<which they kept begging me to do) i found from my neighbors ring cameras thst every single employee and even grace carracci the appraiser had her car loaded 2 times carried boxes to their car. If thst wasnt bad enough, they pressured me for a 2 day sale, and they made a hige deal about using their recomended cleaners afterward.

Welp that's because they tske all the stuff thst dont sell an put it on their stores thst they all have in booths and onlone stores. They over proce the stuff on purpose so peopke wont buy it, so the cleaners they recommend can resell it for profits

I made no money onnthe sale and thennthey wanted me to pay an outlandish amout to use the cleeaners they recommend. Even the appraider does alot of shady things and mis prices items.they use ebay comparisons but they are not even the ones that sold.they go by asking prices and thsts what they use to make it overpriced so they can get the good thingsd during th cleanout.

They work their employees illegaly and pay off the boolks and avoid taxes. They are not a legitimate company even though they throw the facade they are.

The good reviews they have are only from peoplewho dIdnt catch them. Every employee took multiple loads out tothecar in a mad dash when iwent to my moms.

Tons of missimg stuff of value. They became offended when we didnt use the cleanout service they pushed on us.

We knew ot wS bad when we were told to remove the cameras.

Heed this warning and find a better service.

Sue made over 7k sellomg my stuff and i got less than half, which was exactly what the cleaners they recomended wanted

One of the biggest frauds in the market. It was2 day sale. Second day half off and a house packed but i lost money.

Her daughter shoots the videos and also has loads of the best stuff stolen.shes there for 5 minutes and steals.

Do yourself a favor and find a liquidator that dont have 6 outlets to sell stolen goods at.

They all sell on ebay and in antique malls. It should be pbvious the scam of pricing high so it dont sell and they get me topay them to take it away and they sell for all profit.

THERE ARE MUCH BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT WONT PRE SALE UR ITEMS OR STEAL THEM! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE MONEY AND HIGH END ITEMS! SHE FIRED US FOR EXPOSING HER AND THEN TRIED TO TAKE OUR BUSINESS DOWN BY GOING TOO OUR BOOTH AND LEAVING BUSINESS CARDS OF THEIRS IN OUR BOOTH! ALSO THE APPRAISER IS FILTHY AND DOESNT SHOWER AND BRUSHES HER HAIR WITH A PORK CHOP! IF U MEET HER BOYFRIEND HES A MOLESTER AND MOLESTED HER MENTALLY CHALLENGED SISTER THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY SHADY AND LIE TO THEIR CLIENTS ALL THE TIME! PLEASE IF YOU WANT A GOOD SALE AND YOU DONT WANT YOUR HIGH PRICED ITEMS GETTING TAKEN AND PRE SALED THEN DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AND FIND ANOTHER BETTER COMPANY! MY FIANCÉ AND ME WORKED FOR THEM FOR AWHILE DOING SET UPS SO WE KNOW WHAT HAPPENS BEHIND CLOSED DOORS!

Sue is the best in the business! Hands down…. Don’t go anywhere else … she knocks it put of the park…. Nobody else can come close … Sue handled my Dads and my Aunt’s house’s… Do yourself a favor and hire the BEST! No one else comes close!
