Poor customer service. Scheduled a physical as a first-time patient recently, and understandably, that has to be scheduled out over 45 days in advance. Two days before my appointment, I called to confirm my appointment and was greeted by a person who was in quite the state of distress. I was informed that the practice had shut down in-office visits since a member of their staff had been exposed to COVID, but the manner I was greeted this news was quite frantic. I tried to get additional information, including rescheduling timelines, but I'll just say that was met quite rudely. I was fortunately able to have a separate exchange with Lisa where she had heard about this behavior from other patients and acknowledged that it shouldn't have been handled this way. I appreciated that, but ultimately decided to go to a different practice. It would've been 1-star if not for Lisa's prompt responses, but could tell she genuinely cared and wanted a better outcome.

I was very satisfied with my greet & meet with Dr Behm & Julie. Dr Behm gave me a good feeling
about being a new patient of his. My doctor who I went to for over 30 yrs retired & finding a new physician who is patient, not in a hurry & is concerned about you is a real task. I think I have found that doctor in Dr. Behm.

Today’s visit starting with Jamie doing a thorough prescreen and my visit with Dr. Behm was a breath of fresh air. Literally. They both listened to my situation, showed genuine concern, made the decision of what my options were and helped with a plan I needed to take. I was very pleased with my visit. I just wish it could of been in person.

First face to face visit in a while went well. Dr being spent considerable time explaining recent diagnostic testing and required follow-up. All seems good.

Fantastic human AND top notch family doctor! My family has been going to Dr. Behm for years.he and his office pay attention, respond quickly, and always above and beyond!

Dr. Behm is exactly what a dr should b he listens and he cares I quit going to the dr for several years because of a bad experience I am glad I gave him a chance

Dr. Behm has been my doctor for many years. I never feel as though I'm being rushed through an appointment. He addresses all of my health issues and makes changes as necessary. New problems are given attention immediately also. He employs a friendly, competent staff. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Behm called me at home to advise us what to do with my husband's health on a Saturday. I like knowing that the doctor is available in a critical time to offer his professional advice.

I have been probably his biggest challenge. He has understood my problems and addressed them all. His passion for medicine has been amazing. His staff is super and dedicated.

I experienced a video health appointment for the first time. It went extremely well and I had all my heath issues addressed by Doctor Behm. I am very happy with his staff and doctor Behms professional operation. God bless him and his staf

Poor phone connection with Dr. Behm but great connection with staff! Discussed lab test results and got refills on meds taken care of.

Dr. Behm and his staff has made me feel very comfortable.having been out of the area for six years and returning, finding a new Doctor was very stressful, I feel fortunate to have found Dr. Behm.

Dr Behm and his staff are top notch. I've recently had 2 "Virtual" appointments and it was just as good as being right there in the office! Humble and kind does not say enough to describe Dr Behm, not to mention his sense of humor! Grateful to have such a caring staff, Thank you all!

This is what I wanted to say earlier, I like to be in person and have the doctor there as well. This talking on the phone is not my bag. I know we have this verses which has changed everything. So I will go with the flow and hope we will get back to normal soon. I pray we do. Still a great job.

I was refered to Dr Behm in 2011. I moved 4 times, and changed health insures 7 times since then. I always make sure Dr Behm is on the PCP list.it's nice to have a doctor, and staff, that cares. To me, he isn't convienent- but I'd drive an hour to visit.
