10Harrisburg belco has got to be the absolute slowest place on earth. Don't plan on returning here.
I would give them ZERO stars if that was an option. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Doing business with Belco is a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor, and bank with ANY other credit union. Belco is THE worse!

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. Their teller service is AWFUL. You sit for 5+ minutes every single time no matter what you’re doing.

Switched to belco a year ago from fnb and I love the staff is always willing to help you anyway they can explains everything to the fullest extent so you leave understanding everything
Their customer service is the worst when call the call center.no one knows what their talking about spent over and God forbid if you get one of their agents that handle their overflow calls/outsourced calls - they have no knowledge of anything and have to send an email to request me to receive a form to dispute a transaction.i've been waiting for over 24 hours for his form to stop pay and dispute for a fraudulent charge. I have a business and personal account which I am about to take my business elsewhere BELCO SUCKS!
