My friends and I had the best time at Ball hall celebrating my friends birthday! Our server Nakiah was absolutely phenomenal! The food and drinks came out fast and were even better than they looked. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more! Will definitely be back

The flight was very good. Definitely worth what I spent. The wonton nachos on the other hand were a disappointment. I usually don't have negative experiences, but this was just different. The pork was cold, wontons were soggy, and the bottom of the plate/bowl had liquid pooling around that didn't seem like cheese. Just wasn't as appetizing as what I imagined. Would try other food here if I were ever to come back!

Nice burger spot downtown. Good food, service and atmosphere. Lots of talked l tables outside which will be nice when it warms up.

Place was not busy but Service was still very poor and untimely.

Food…. Was so goooooood! Everything from the canapés to the dinners it was all so heavenly. They additionally have a broad beverage menu that was likewise perfect. Needles to say if it's not too much trouble, support this unimaginable eatery.

The Valentine’s Day event they hosted included buffet, wine, live music, and a florist came in to teach a class all for only $75! So fun and memorable

Excellent burgers cooked perfect served up by friendly people. Great stop before a show or game at the PPL center.

Big bar with lots of different craft beers. Awesome Burger at a reasonable price. Great Outdoor space and fun atmosphere.

Went for dinner on the same night as an event at the PPL center. We were told 45 minutes to an hour for the wait. We had time to kill before the event at the PPL so we decided to wait because of the positive reviews. We eventually got a spot at the bar and decided to order food there. The servers were great considering how busy it was but the food was disappointing. It’s Pub Grub at best. Very disappointed with the food based on the reviews. We had the Wonton Nachos and the Turkey Avocado BLT. We wanted to try their burgers because that seemed to be their claim for fame, but after seeing the burger the couple next to us received and the fact that they ended up leaving to eat at another establishment we decided to nix the burger. I will emphasize that we didn’t mind the wait, and the servers were all very pleasant and attentive, but I would give their food a two star rating.

Great place. Good cocktail, beer and wine selection. Food was really good. Been here a few times pre covid. Glad we started to go back again.

Today we celebrated our holiday party here for Brunch with Santa. The food was great and all the staff was Amazing! We will definitely be back soon. Thank You!

Excellent little place! Our food was very good and the service was top-notch. Definitely a good atmosphere to sit and just relax with someone to grab a bite to eat. I would definitely recommend.

Have heard about Bell Hall for some time, and with a date and a show at Miller Symphony Hall on Saturday 5/4, decided to give this a shot. Really enjoyed the ambiance - larger than I expected (a narrow but deep building), and was able to hold a conversation. Food choices were great, beer selection was excellent with a good variety. I had the Philly Special (cheesesteak on ciabata) with sweet potato fries, which was very good. My date enjoyed a cheeseburger and she loved it. Definitely worth a return trip, and very convenient for Symphony Hall or PPL Center events.

Attended a wedding rehearsal dinner and everything was nice. Food and service were fine. Good rooms to accommodate decent sized parties

Food was okay definitely not as good as it used to be.service was quite slow and it wasn't very busy. They were completely out of kids menus and kids cups so with a little difficult with two kids considering they gave them glass cups on tables that wobble. They lreally had to bring shims out to the tables to try to stedy them.

Wonderful dinner at a reasonable price! We had the Brussel sprouts (as an appetizer – along with calamari) and then split the short rib dinner. Very generous serving of slow cooked, tender, succulent beef presented on a mound of mashed potatoes with brown gravy and carrots. Service was excellent and Nelly was ever so polite and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Decided to go here for a pretty special dinner after doing some research and was expecting quite a different experience. When going inside I was impressed with the atmosphere, the decor was spot on.
Where I was not so happy was the service, the waitress I had genuinely did the bare minimum, it also was a pretty slow day so I am not sure why I was ignored. It took close to ten minutes just to pay the check which was the most frustrating part.
Finally the food was where everything hangs and I was not impressed or disappointed in my meal it tasted alright. My date's meal was worse than mine though. The sandwich was dry and the side salad was just sloppy.
Overall I was just disappointed in my choice to go here, I'm sure Bell Hall can be nice but the experience I had was not so nice unfortunately.
