Good food. Great family business. Only negative is when I first ordered a club sandwich I found it has no bacon. It's not a club sandwich with no Bacon

Decent salads, and the delivery driver seemed really nice.

Tried this today for the first time after getting really excited to see a pizza that had artichoke hearts listed (Capricciosa), and decided to order. Of course there were no artichoke hearts on it when it arrived. At least my wife likes ham and olives.

We also had the sliding cheese issue, it seems like the dough is baked with sauce ahead of time, then just topped with cheese/other toppings at time of order. Didn't bother me, but it was a little strange for the pizza to arrive so quickly but already be kinda cold.

My first time there. The girl working was very friendly and gave me a good recommendation. Thank you for everything.

8 inch subs are actually 6 inches. Garlic knots were cold. Penne Vodka unexpectedly had pancetta in it.

Every time I try to order a medium boardwalk pizza, they give me an extra large and act they’re doing me some favor when in reality they are giving me a reheated pizza that was either a premade or going to be used for slices and it’s dried out and disgusting. I want what I actually order and want it fresh.

I don’t think I have ever tasted anything better especially there milk shakes there is just a creamy smooth taste and there soda is nit normal soda it’s better thank bottles soda and there pizza no matter what topping you out on you won’t taste anything like this it is so good the cheese is stretchy and there is just the right amount of sauce and there sandwiches are perfect if I talk about them thins will be over the chart so I won’t say anything but it is very good better than any other one you have tasted and everything they have there is what you want especially on football Sunday so if I where you I would run not walk to here k 10/10 recommend

I ordered a pepperoni stromboli and ham stromboli through Door Dash. I received an old pepperoni roll which was not what was ordered. It had been sitting out all day and was not even reheated. They forgot to add the peppers to my ham stromboli so they just threw them on top. We also ordered two pizza slices which were also old and not reheated. They seem to do this with Doordash orders so that you blame the driver for cold food. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

We love the pizza here; the thin crust is not wet, greasy or doughy and it's crispy around the edges. A lot of places tend to overdo it on the sauce, or cheese, or both that can make it mushy. Staff is friendly and they have plenty of people, so no hour long waits. We started to order online instead of calling like we used to when we discovered they have some great online deals and discounts.

Love the food, but the prices have gone up so much, it's insane. Didn't order any sides because an order of 5 mozzarella sticks is now 10 DOLLARS!

Good afternoon, good people, so I walked in behind a older gentleman and seen the greeting and service he received while his order was taken which was great and polite service but then there was my turn when I walked up the cashier just looked at me and she said nothing so we looked at each other for a sec then I just turned around and walked out. I received no greeting nor a can I take your order. I don't want to make it a racial thing but yet the first guy was Caucasian and me well. So my impression is this is a terrible place to eat. The cheese steaks are always tasting good but there's never any meat on it ever even if I say extra meat. Feel like I get ripped off every time I get a cheese steak from here.

Ever since covid this place has just plummeted. Ordered a well done pizza and the cheese was hardly melted on. Did not even finish the whole slice. Could feel the cheese crumble in my mouth. Will not order from here again

Best Cheese Stake I've found in a while. Better than I remember. Onion Rings too. Haven't tried the Pizza yet.

Moved here from Virginia and would eat at this place all the time I loved it. The last time we had it it was absolutely horrible and we could not get our money back. And as much as I hate to say this but this restaurant is trash I would not advise and he want to eat here because the food is going to be nasty and they are not gonna give you your money back for it.so with all that being said do yourself a huge favor skip out on this restaurant and go to Rocco‘s.

Love this place, great food consistently and at reasonable prices. Always friendly staff as well, whether it's over the phone, delivery people or at the counter. Great job Bella Napoli, thank you!

Pizza & Cheesesteaks were Delicious…I would have given 5 stars if the Fries were how they are explained on their menu. Crunchy on the outside & seasoned to perfection! Not only were they NOT Seasoned at all but, soggy too! NO taste except greasy, NO Salt NO Crunch. Wasted $5.00…

How is this place even open? You can't call or try to place a pickup online. Ridiculous.

My pizza was moldy and had ants on it. I was then threatened not to share this information since they have address. Bring it.

Although Belle Napoli's pizza isn't the greatest their strombolis and calzones are fabulous.

I think it is their dough. The dough they make (which I am sure they use for both pizza and strombolis/calzones) just seems to work
better for strombolis than pizza.

Despite this one issue overall
I am still impressed with Belle Napoli. Their prices are relatively low and the quality of the food they make is high.

First time ordering from Bella, we used Doordash for pickup. Food was made and ready within 30 minutes. The pepperoni roll & pizza were great, but the wings were a bit overcooked, and they come plain with your sauces on the side vs already on the wings. The caprese panini was unfortunately not good at all. The mozzarella cheese looked old (very dry and yellowish in color), and there was an inedible amount of oregano on the sandwich.
