I really enjoy the property. Management staff are great. Are on point with maintenance and is a great environment to live.

2021 update building has now more roaches than before, some neighbors have mice too and when an exterminator comes it just gets worse, everyone always gets fines for trash and maintenance doesn't come over to fix the issues that HAVE been called for months in 2020, alot of people are moving in and out cause of these issues, when jenny was here there wasn't any issues till they started changing management

btw if you cook, roaches will beat you too it so if you want roaches in your food and crawl on your bed this the best place for yall.if i can rate 0 stars then i would have.

(UPDATE)
management never answers calls at all, had an emergency and i was ignored.

I have only been in the apartment for a short time, but it has been a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and when there is a problem everyone is incredibly apologetic and eager to fix the issue.

Nice in the beginning until you need something, nothing work in this place, management it's the worst. Very disrespectful when it comes to the tenants needs and service. Elevators dont work but tenants have to pay rent on time. Makes no sense

Jeanie is the best thing to happen to this place! She is clearly a fantastic leader and in the short time she has been here she has really improved my living experience. She is amazing!

Lived here for 2 months & I broke my lease! Roaches everywhere, HUGE ones, mice infestation & the lobby’s are always disgusting, management sucks at there job. Never once answers there phones no matter how many voicemails you leave they never call back. Rent is cheap & the apartments are nice but it’s a shame with the bug infestation & the poor management we couldn’t take it.

PROS:
*safe - not a great area of town but police never came to the building in the two years I lived there. That says something. Everyone I met was polite and friendly, just poor people living their lives. I never saw any evidence of gang or drug activity.

*convenient - overpriced convenience store next door; large strip mall 1/3 mile away with grocery, dollar store, chinese takeout, smokes shop, liquor store, and McDonalds. Bus stops right outside the towers on both sides of the street.

*large floor plans - the large 2-bedroom is large but the kitchen and bathroom are very small.

*accepts section 8 - probably because it's the only way they'd have any occupancy at all.

CONS:
*dirty - SO dirty; urine in stairwells and in elevators, papers and mail strewn all over lobby, dog poo everywhere outside, trash outside, smells badly in all public areas, laundry room is filthy and I'm fairly certain a homeless man was living in it. He took a "sponge bath" in the laundry sink while I was there. O_O

*poorly maintained - the elevator works only 20% of the time. If you are even remotely disabled or physically challenged, don't move here unless you get a ground floor unit. The elevator gets stuck on floors when the outer door doesn't close all the way; it refuses to open the doors when you get to your floor; it goes to floors you never told it to go to; in general, it's completely possessed by evil spirits.

*very noisy - both from street noise (sirens at all times of day and night), and from other units. Loud music, loud TV, loud sex, loud arguing. LOUD. All.the.time.

*bugs, mice - the pest control people have a master key, which I was not made away of nor did I agree to. They're very nice and professional and if you specify that you're having a bug and/or mice problem, they will take additional steps but if you don't get to see them in person (like if you work during the day), then their standard treatment is not enough at all. Roaches and mice - lots of them.

*no package acceptance, tiny mailboxes - it's nearly impossible to have anything delivered. Some delivery drivers won't come in at all and just leave a note on the outer doors that anyone may end up taking so you'll never see it. Or they'll do the opposite and leave your package right there for anyone to take, though no one ever did. The office does not accept packages on your behalf and the intercom outside the main doors does not work though there's no sign that it doesn't work. The mailboxes are very small and get filled very fast with all the damn flyers.

*no central a/c - you have to get a window unit (s).

*poor outdoor lighting - it's very hard to navigate the steps outside at night, especially if there's weather. It's very unsafe.

***I would not recommend you live here unless you can find absolutely nowhere else to live. It's preferable to a box under a bridge.
