I have lived here for two years now and I am about to renew again. They are the best. The management is fantastic and truly cares about you as a tenant. Ashley and Jennifer care about ensuring you are happy living here. If there are ever any issues with the apartment (which are little to none and I have lived in two different apartments here) they will be quick to ensure that it gets fixed and remain in communication with you the whole time. Prices are about as good as they get here and you feel safe in the area. I looked at numerous other places within 15 miles of here, but none of them compare. I would recommend this place to anyone!

I've lived here for 2 years and some change and have had nothing but good experiences here. Management and maintenance are quick to respond to any issues or concerns and they're very accommodating. The apartments are very good size for the price and I would definitely recommend Belmont Village if you're looking!

I've lived at Belmont Village for the past 2 years and am SO happy with how the property owners and maintenance take care of things! I always receive a prompt response if there is an issue and maintenance goes above and beyond to make sure a job is done right. Would definitely recommend!

I did a lots of research before choosing this place. KOP is a great place to live but Belmont village is the worst apartment complex. Another reviewer mentioned backed up sink and water issues. The office manager is very dishonest, even after giving me verbal reassurance that my security deposit will be given, they skinned me. They enter the apartment without consent. Your neighbors will often include social delinquents.

I really like this place. My fiance and I moved from the back apartments to the one of the 5 in the front. It's only 1000 square feet but feels so much bigger with the high ceilings, open concept, and large front porch. We have been able to throw a decent size friendsgiving with no problem about fitting people. Anytime we have ever had a problem with an appliance or anything with the apartment itself maintenance has fixed it right away or within a day if they needed to get parts. They have filled us in every step of the way as well. I have lived in other apartment where maintenance wasn't so quick or as good. We can't have dogs unfortunately, but we are allowed other animals with no fee. The property is in a good area and has a decent view. The walls are a little thin and I can hear neighbors walking when they wear heels but we have never had any problem otherwise when it comes to noise. Even with windows open. The front area parking lot is also a great safe area when I go out during the summer to use my telescope. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is okay. It's nothing special. You can find better, and my rent is consistent with the quality of life in this building. It can be noisy, but this all depends on your neighbors above and around you. You will hear everything. There are currently issues with recyclable disposables. Management here does not understand that two small recycle bins are insufficient for the number of units to all share. Instead of getting a larger bin to support all tenants, they decide to relocate them far away (I imagine to discourage recycling). This was a tacky tactic that STILL did not work. Recycle bins are all overflowing right now and trash is everywhere.

This place is disgusting. Don't get me wrong, it is a nice apartment building but the lady named Jennifer that took care of us was beyond rude. She was nice until she found out we had an emotional support animal. I have just been diagnosed with anxiety and depression not too long ago and for me to get denied because of a personal issue. She found every reason in the book to deny us and even said we had bad credit. I have credit karma and I get notified everytime somebody checks my credit and I never got notified. She's a liar. Don't waste your money or your time with this scum place. Inconsiderate and disgusting.

I've been living at Belmont Village apartments for five years, and I love it here! The location is close to the King of Prussia mall and many great restaurants in KOP. The apartments are also within walking distance of Bridgeport. Last year Conshohocken Brewing Company opened a location in Bridgeport, and over the summer the brewery created a beer garden right on the Schuylkill River. If you like to cycle or run, the Schuylkill River Trail is just a mile from the apartments.

If I encounter any issues in my apartment maintenance is quick to address them. The apartments are very reasonably priced for the area. There's plenty of parking and also a pool. I've been very satisfied here.

Management was nice and easy to deal with. The apartment was repainted and carpet was changed before I moved in. I required maintenance once and they came the next day. Very quiet and you can't hear the neighbors.

I have lived at Belmont Village for almost 3 years and it has been an overall very pleasant experience. The area is safe, the rent is reasonable, and the neighbors are very nice. When I decided to move into a one-bedroom, the rental office knocked off $50 since I was already in the studio apartment across the hall. The maintenance and office staff are always nice and courteous.

I also love the fact that the complex allows me to have a cat.

I've been living here for 5 years in a row now so I guess I'm qualified for some comments. I've been to some of my friends' rental places in the area and none of them is both as good and affordable as Belmont Village.

It's located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and it feels rather safe as well. Maintenance is usually quick and easy - all I need to do is to write an email about the issue and couple of days later I come home to find the issue resolved. It's got secured building entrance, but package delivery is right to my door. Staffs are really nice although I don't really find the need to talk to them much. There are more than enough parking spots for both the tenants and guests. The lovely little pool could be an addition, if I loved water (and I don't). Another perk is free heating, not sure if that's standard in the area but there's big savings during Pennsylvania winters.

As for downsides, there really isn't anything major to complain about, considering the price. Shared laundry, spotty wireless signal (I'm AT&T), monopoly of Xfinity internet, plain design and decoration, and that's about it. The storage might be a bit tight but for a guy it has been quite enough.

So overall, it's totally worth the price. And they allow cats!

Property manager is not polite, never lifts call nor never calls back even if we leave VM. Not satisfied at all

Been living here for 7 years and I've been very satisfied with everything from the front office to Maintenance. Best apartments in the area without hesitation.

I have been living in this apartment for more than three years. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an apartment in king of prussia area. It is in a quiet but convenient community. 10 mins walking from train station, 5 mins driving from Target and Giant and 10mins driving from King of Prussia Mall, I would not ask more for the location. The apartment itself is very good too. It is well maintained and in good condition. What is more, heat and water is free here. I only need to pay $30 per month for utility. Apt manager Ashely is very nice and always helpful. Overall, Belmont Village is a good apartment.

My wife and I have lived in a basement two bedroom/one bath apartment in this complex since August 2013 and it has been a positive experience overall. As noted in other reviews, the location is great. It is close to major highways, public transit, KOP shopping, recreation areas (Valley Forge National Park and several multi-use trails), and the neighborhood is quiet. The snow removal service is decent; we have only had to take off of work once due to a snowstorm, but the entire Philadelphia area received two feet over the weekend. There is ample parking and laundry is on site - though it is coin operated (runs $1.75 per wash/dry). While rent does go up every year (nominally <$50), it is affordable for the area and size of apartments. We have never had a break in, even when we accidentally left our keys in the door overnight. A pool is on-site and access is available for an additional fee ($40 per tenant). We paid the extra fee one summer, but the pool management company that the apartment complex hired was rarely on-site, leaving the pool closed several weekends. The front office became of aware of this and went with a different pool management company the year after, but we have decided not to try again. Last summer, the lifeguards seemed to be on duty much more often though, unsurprisingly, few people were in the pool.
We have had some issues with our apartment as well, notably water related. Our kitchen sink, dishwasher, and bath tub have backed up a few times. Early on, the bathtub backed up while we were out, leaving behind a reddish brown liquid that was not sewage, but did smell pretty bad. It took a few scrubbing to get stains and smell to go away. Luckily for us, our workplaces have showers on site. In about the same time period, the ceiling in the bathroom opened up from water damage/leaking from the above apartment. We contacted the front office by email with pictures. It took a few days and a follow up email to get a response from the office, but the issue was resolved. Many months later, the kitchen sink and dishwasher backed up so much that it overflowed and spilled onto the floor almost reaching the living room. It also seeped through the walls and saturated the carpeting along the wall in the master bedroom. Maintenance responded quickly, but there was nothing they could really do. As you can imagine, the smell left behind was rather foul and required dehumidifier use for a few days. For several months afterwards, the sink and dishwasher would back up and then drain within a few minutes. Being in the basement of a multi-story building, this is not an outrageous situation. The maintenance staff explained that when the tenants above throw grease, large food particles down the drain, or the stray scrub brush, it can block the pipes and cause the overflow.
In closing, this apartment complex has several positive aspects (location, safety, costs). Maintenance has been responsive since we moved in while the front office was slow in the beginning, but has increased their responsiveness over the past year or so. While our experience has not been perfect, overall we enjoy living in the Belmont Village Apartments.

I have lived at Belmont Village for the past five years and have nothing but high praise for the management and maintenace staff. The property is well kept and any property issues are quickly resolved. I would (and have) recommended Belmont Village to anyone looking for a nice apartment in the King of Prussia area.

I had been looking at an apartment and we had Jennifer as a realtor. She was horrible at communication. We would call her/email her multiple times before we would ever get an answer. I felt like I was harassing them. She told us we needed a cosigner for the apartment and then the owner would accept our application. So we got a cosigner and she said they were "great! ". Then asked us when we would like to move in.so we told her April 1st. And she said that works! And started getting stuff for our apartment, furniture etc.she then emails us that we were denied. I have never had a more terrible experience with a realtor. She was RUDE, had no idea how to communicate, told us we got the apartment and then denied us later. I have never been more disappointed, if Jennifer is you're realtor, move on and don't waste your time or she will waste yours! If I could give her 0 stars I would

I am a long term resident at Belmont Village Apartment because the location is great. It is 10 minutes away from King of Prussia Mall, very close to public transportation and major highways like 202,422 and 76. Management is attentive and friendly. Maintenance is reliable and dependable. The pool is great in the summertime!

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd highly recommend Belmont Village to anyone that looking for an affordable, well serviced, friendly community that does not break the bank. If I ever have any issues the management staff always takes the time to make themselves available. It is close to to all the places I need to be and feels like home.

Definitely check this place out if they have any available apartments.
