BELTONE HEARING AID CENTER, Chambersburg PA

Ever since I purchased the Beltone hearing aids approximately 2 years ago there has been an issue with the left hearing aid. It has been returned to Beltone for repair several times over the years only to experience the same problem each time. If the issue is not fixed this time I will purchase hearing aids elsewhere. The one star rating is only because it will not allow me to post zero.

I'm very happy with my experience. Everything about my hearing loss was thoroughly explained and I was given alternatives (over-the-counter hearing aids and a possibility of a choclear implant) which were new to me. Highly recommend this honest company.

We forgot that they moved so we were late but Leigh was very accommodating to us and we were very pleased with our visit.

Pleasant experience with the positive results I was expecting. High level of knowledge and professionalism on the part of the provider. Explanations for every question asked.

My first appointment with them went well. I went back and he adjusted them. The more I wear them the less I like them I wear glasses and they slide down the back of my ear pulling them free they get tangled in my hair and fall out. I told them there's alot of back ground.noise I got a comment something like He fixes my hearing aids not what's wrong with me My son was with me My son ask why he was angry or upset he has one of my hearing aids to fix he can mail it to me I won't go back 5000 is a big chuck of money to pay and not get wat you want I felt I had no choice.

Service was excellent today. No waiting. Repairs to domes and filters were completed quickly and I was on my way home in a very short time.
