Robin and Sarah were very accommodating my transistor went out on my hearing aid I stopped in and gave me a temporary replacement so I could hear again and they said they will call when the new one comes in so I thank them both very much and Ron great people that will work with you thank you very much

Carlisle Beltone experience was terrible. After the first visit I never got a call back. After one month I called and scheduled another appt. Dwayne had not researched the hearing aids I was interested in as he said he would. Again I told him what I was interested in and again he said he would do the research. He never called me back.

Not only is the actual product really great and helpful, the staff, ALL of the staff are friendly, professional, courteous, helpful and patient. I strongly suggest to anyone even thinking about hearing aids to call and come pay a visit, you will not be sorry!

Robin and Sarah were very nice today but am still discontented with Beltone as I basically haven’t been treated in the proper fashion since I had two losers from the very beginning and that still bothers me. I would not get anymore hearing aids from Beltone!
