Ben & Jerry’s reviews
8This was my first time at a Ben & Jerry. The two young ladies that were there were very helpful.
The land currently occupied by this establishment rightfully belongs to the Native Americans and should be promptly returned to these indigenous peoples. The ice, while quite tasty, is severely overpriced.
My daughter and i loved our ice cream it was yummy, and the place has two tables with two chairs each, so don't show up with a group to sit.
The two ladies working today were very helpful and kind to my kids and I. Love Ben & Jerry's flavors and availability of Non-Dairy lce Cream!
Yesterday around 1pm I was so happy to grab my weekly scoops as always, and the lady who served me had the nastiest attitude. I seen her mumbling under her breath but I payed it no attention. I come in there all the time so I was beyond annoyed to see her act this way. I got my ice cream and then continued about my day. Customer service from her was a 1/10 and that’s beyond generous for a review.
Nice shop on Penn's campus. The ice cream is pretty good. This time I had salted caramel Blondie and Reese's peanut butter cup sundae. Very good quality, but a little on the expensive side. Still worth it, though. Pricey and good is worlds better than inexpensive and bad. Staff isn't always that friendly, though, so don't be surprised.
I've been going here for nearly 7 years and probably won't be back.
The 2 employees working this evening (Sunday, March 5,2023,6PM) were very rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. I was the only customer in the shop and they didn't want to help me. I hope that management sees this and corrects this issue that way no one else has the same experience.
I'm sad because I love B&J's ice cream, and I've had great experiences here in the past, but I'd suggest going to Lil Pop Shop or Coco's, both in the area, over this place.
