Staff not very nice. They don't even great you or anything.came here with my wife for her support.and the doctor whisper to her I can't go back.some bogus excuse.because it was hot and the room is small.really would definitely give them a zero star.

Every staff member from the front desk to the medical assistant to the nurse assistant was miserable. Nobody was welcoming. The practitioner was a young girl who came into the room with 2 other young girls. She looked at my back. Found nothing. I was in for 5 minutes. She charged me $100. Ridiculous. Nothing about this place is good. My second bad experience. Just a money hungry practice. Don’t go there.

I love Dr Bene herself but the receptionists and other office staff are typically very short and not helpful. Today I inquired twice about the cost of the facial wash and ended up leaving without an answer! I definitely would have bought at least 1 item but couldn’t get assistance.

Not a good experience! We do not recommend them Doctors and staff unprofessional.
My husband had a skin test, and one doctor came in while my husband was having the procedure done by a doctor, and they were yelling at each other because the doctor who barged in, making my husband uncomfortable.
When it came to getting his test results the receptionist Lexy was rude, she made scheduling mistakes was not kind.
To make matters worse, my husband had to take his own stitches out, because
They were in for 3 weeks, even better we asked for
The results to be faxed to our family doctor.
Lexy was rude about that as well.
At the end of the day we still do not know the results of the skin test.
My husband refuses to deal with any one from Bene dermotology office, and our insurance will not cover this test through another demonology doctor. Yes Bene was paid in full.

Just plain awful phone reception process trying to make an appointment. Ugh. Unsuccessful making an appointment even with insurance coverage - but couldn't get by the snobbery on the phone.

I went to Paige Michaud NP at Bene Dermatology. The first thing is I got in immediately to see her for eczema. I arrived at the office which is a very clean and calm atmosphere and there was no wait time. Paige spent our time together explaining everything thoroughly. From what was going on with my skin right to the medicines she prescribed. She also was conscious about what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover. She is so knowledgable and caring. Paige her assistant Deb made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Definitely will continue to see Paige for all my skin issues and I would highly recommend her.

I had an amazing experience for my first time at Bene Dermatology. I have to admit I was hesitant after reading the previous reviews. I did not have to wait long and I filled out the new patient paper work with no issues. As soon as I was taken back the assistant was so nice and extremely bubbly and friendly. Shame on me for not checking names but after some research I found that Paige was the NP who ended up seeing me. She was wonderful. I felt so at ease and comfortable. She answered all of my questions, had an amazing bed side manner and truly cared about me! I highly recommend Paige and her assistant. Truly a wonderful pair and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

Excellent service, very friendly and understanding staff, got an appointment very quickly. Highly recommend for all dermatology needs.

Just rude and curt. Took my elderly mother in for suspicious sore and dr just seemed annoyed thru exam.

Service was so quick. Took me longer to fill out the intake papers than the actual procedure and booked my follow up appointment too!

I do not recommend this office. Made an apt and mentioned I had several issues. They informed me apts are short and I have to make multiple appointments for more than one concern. Seems like they just want to make money and not help patients. During one appointment I had a lump removed and I have never had a doctor with such bad bedside manor. She was not gentle in any way when cutting and tugging- I almost passed out from the pain. The nurse tried to help and was very kind. Dr. Bene is not recommended for patient care.

Would not recommend this place. I went to see the Nurse Practitioner Jennifer and have been experiencing several long standing skin issues hoping I would find someone to listen and help. Instead, the provider was in the room for about 6 minutes total and I really don’t even remember making eye contact. They looked at the few pictures I had taken. On my phone, did not examine my skin at all, and then blew me off. Hives. Come to find out the rash I have been experiencing is actually because I likely have Lupus, great, thanks. It is so disappointing how much you have to self advocate or you just get blown off. After that pointless visit, to boot, they sent me an additional bill that was the amount my insurance didn’t pay. Luckily, I am familiar billing thank goodness, called and stated that amount is to be written off as I paid the copay and they are Par with my coverage. They apologized as I should never have been billed b/c I already paid the copay… but I wonder how often that happens and people just pay it unnecessarily? Makes you wonder. Maybe it was just an off day, but I was really disappointed

My nurse practitioner was rude and condescending. The whole reason I'm here is because I am not a dermatologist. I came to get some moles looked at and went home without ever removing my shirt, I was told to come back in 2 months for an examination. Again, not an expert, but I always thought early detection is key. What did I just pay for? I'm going to have to make an appointment somewhere else to actually have my moles looked at.

Dr. Bene is the best! I trust her with my dermatological care for checkups, lesion removal, all done very professionally and overall wonderful experience - thank you!

The nurse practitioner, Jennifer was horrible. She was rude and mean to my mother in law. She was arguing with me and the patient even though I told her that my mother in law was confused. She even blamed us for her lack of professionalism. She kept us waiting and snapped when we told her that we were waiting for one hour.

I have been going to dr Bene‘s practice for nearly 10 years. I’ve always had a great experience dr Bene is very knowledgeable and helped me through a difficult skin cancer situation. It worked out great with her recommendations and I would highly recommend her. I have since moved to Florida area have a new dermatologist but always enjoy taking my mom to get her check ups to their office.

My son had an appointment this morning. The doctor was rude to me. All I did was ask a question and she snapped at me. They don't give any papers to you for a summery of your visit. If they tell you to get medicine over the counter how are you supposed to remember what it is?

I was absolutely satisfied with my care. Dr Bene was great. She did a fantastic job with stitches on my forehead. I was a bit concerned when I seen them but once removed I have no scare what so ever. Will definitely go back again if I need to.

We had a terrible experience with the nurse practitioner during a visit for my teen's acne. She was extremely rude and argumentative. I was shocked with her behavior- we plan on going to our old office in another county for future visits.
