Kayla did an amazing job on my brows today. This was my first time getting this procedure done and she was very professional and helpful. My eyebrows look great!

I had my brows micro bladed by Kayla just a few days ago. I am very pleased! I’m pretty picky and critical, so that says a lot! Kayla is very friendly, kind, patient and a true artist! I don’t have a high pain tolerance and it wasn’t as painful as expected. I was so nervous but everyone made me feel at home and was so kind to me. Brandie did mine and I’m in love, one of my insecurities is now gone:)

For anyone reading this with naturally blonde/light eyebrows comprised of about 16 hairs per side: do it, book the session & don’t waste time reading any further. I would do it again 100 times over. Need convincing? Details below.

20+ years eyebrow pencils were always within reach- never could leave home without them. I researched microblading from a comfortable distance for a LONG time because the thought of waking up with a face framing feature without any effort was magical, but at the same time so scary- SO much could go wrong with shape, color, etc. Shaping my brows one day, I decided to throw caution to the wind & booked with Amanda after researching reviews/client testimonials online for Beneath the Surface.

I am BEYOND HAPPY that I did! I felt so comfortable and all my questions were answered. My results were so amazing there are no words! She listened to everything I wanted and I LOVE my results! I loved my experience at Beneathe the Surface! Amanda did my micro blading and she was so personable, kind and excellent at what she does! The atmosphere is professional but not sterile at all! She saved my eyebrows! I researched multiple studios and this one was highly recommended and it’s true! If you are hesitant don’t be! The below is before then 4 days after:) I’ll update later when fully healed.

I had microblading done (I loved the results!) a year ago and a touch up in April. I decided I would get them touched up every 6 months because I like them a bit darker and 6 months was when they started to lighten up. Amanda suggested a powder brow when I went in last week. She explained that a powder brow would last longer on my skin type, which is oily. The results are fabulous! Love the powder brow! Very natural looking. Amanda knows what she’s doing, for sure!

Update: So when I first got my brows microbladed here I thought they were AMAZING…just had my touch up appointment though and they are somehow even more perfect! Can’t say enough great things about this place. Thank you to Amanda!
