Bengal Paper & Converting

Very rude people, the beauty salon in front of them are cool with me parking on their parking lot, but this paper company, delivered a load to them, they called cops on me for parking on the side of their large parking lot. There is no truck stops near by, nowhere to stand, really tight roads, and they don’t allow you to park for more than 30 minutes while dispatches looking for the next load. Would never deliver the load to them again! Definitely avoid this company! And they try to tell you that you do not get any BOL, THEY have to keep the BOL and they don’t make copies. Worst people! ZERO RESPECT for truck drivers

I will never come back here if you want your book hours to run out, visit this place, the worst of all

Attention all truckers if you have a bad experience here it’s because you did not read the sign do not turn left in to the parking lot drive a little ways down on the left the little red brick building is where you check in office staff pleasant to work with and effective communication. Will Get you where you’re going

Forget (No truck sign) on main road as posted by others, Didn’t have any issues with loading 1hr, small location (no other trucks at the time) had to give it 5 stars because portal potty happened to had gotten service that day, very clean!

These guys will mess your hours up. They forget that drivers are on time regulation. They will have you parked in there dusty yard promising to call you. You could sleep and wake up number of times. This is a pattern with them because this has been a complain just check the genuine reviews. The question is, how do they remain in business. Just beware!

Nice people but they are very slow to unload, got there at 7: 40 am got a dock by 7: 45 and didn’t finished getting unload atill 11: 45 and no over night parking bc lot is very small be careful

Check in lady was very nice. Very helpful. It’s not that hard to reach here. Take 422 to linfield rd. Just make sure to enter at the THIRD entrance and you will be good

If delivering must go to the location that says trucks enter here 1st To check In. This place is not truck friendly be careful

TRUCKERS BEWARE️This is the most horrible place yet the place is on a restricted road idk even know why they have 53 footers conming here the entrances got obstacles and dumpsters all in the driveway barely can make it turn If you’re reading this before your dispatch is sent you beware.

Arrived a couple of hours before my appointment time. Checked in and right away they gave me a dock. The lady at the office is very nice and helpful. Checked out in 1 hour. Good job guys!

Only negative is the roads are tight, but that's nothing the customer can fix!
