Josh came to help my garbage disposal after my lodger managed to get a measuring spoon stuck in it. Thankfully the gears and motor were fine, so I lucked out. He also told me to get some strainers for the sinks since my lodger is a rather careless person and can't seem to remember to check the drain before running the disposal. Good idea! Thanks Josh!

Very pleasant on the phone. My wife also said he was very professional and she is hard to please. The work was done quickly. 5 Star!

Got done early on job before me so was able to get here @1 hr earlier than beginning of time window which was 12-4. Explained what he was doing along the way and explained what his findings were. Very friendly and courteous.

After Todd Helm installed a new Navien tankless water heater last year, we went ahead and had a water purification and water softener installed yesterday. Todd once again did an immaculate job. Even though we are on public water from York city, our water was very hard and tasted almost like pool water. Everyone would sneeze after showers and we bought our water to drink in gallons.

Not only was it expertly and cleanly installed, but Todd took the time to articulate what every component was doing and how that affected our health and plumbing system/appliances. Very professional and extremely well educated.

Even after the first night, everyone’s skin felt better after showering. No sneezing. And we can finally drink water without having a dry mouth after from over chlorination. Money very well spent all the around.

Also he is great with dogs. Jax approves 10/10.

I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing. Jon P and his assistant were fantastic. They showed up on time and immediately asked me questions so that they could understand my issue. I showed them the work and Jon performed an inspection to make sure that was truly the issue and to see if anything else might be causing my leak. He confirmed that he thought the issue was the same and promptly provided me with a quote for various resolutions to my problem. I ended up having Jon and his assistant pull the toilet off and to replace the seal and re-seat the toilet. They finished quickly and ensured me the leak was fixed. Jon also indicated the warranty on the work was good for 1-year and to call if I ran into any issues with their fix. They did a fantastic job and I could not believe how quickly the problem was resolved.

The technician was able to come out on an emergency call on the same night we called and found the issue and provided a resolution in under an hour.

I have used Benjamin Franklin for several occasions and they have been so great. When u need a plumber they r there for u. The people r very nice and professional.
