7Worst doctor office ever! I would give 0 stars if there's an option. The receptionist people are terrible and always rude (not professional at all). Seriously, never had a good experience at this place!
Reception is really bad. They never honor scheduled appointment time. It's always 2-5 hours late. I even had appointments early in the morning (8-9AM), and still they managed to be extremely late.
Some people that work there are nice. The doctor himself is great, just can never access him.
This place is ridiculous. Front desk staff is rude and ignorant. Made an appointment for 4PM for a family friend and came on time. Receptionist said that we have to wait an hour. What is the purpose of making an appointment? Now it is 5: 54 and we still haven't seen the doctor yet. This is not appropriate. People have no value of our time. Will not recommended at all.
I hope people will read it and start leaving this office in droves. Doctor is NOT an issue, his personnel is absolutely is! Rude, obnoxious, aggressive, not helpful. Every call is like a torture if you get through. Simple routine visit with routine blood work took over a month, stuff lied about not getting results, then 10+ calls to reach doctor and follow up care is nonexistent. Those front desk people should not allowed to deal with wild animals I am not talking about people even. I hope those women will get fired and never hired to any job!
If I could put 0 I would. Front desk staff is absolute horrible, rude and hang up the phone in the middle of conversation. Unbelievable behavior, will be reporting this office.
