I ordered some accessories for my truck on the day of purchase. I received a call from the service team to have them installed. On the day of service I dropped my truck off and learned at the end of the day that the parts were not in. They said they’d have them tomorrow so I left my truck there. The next day the parts arrived but apparently the technician thought they were the wrong parts and did not install them. No one checked with me or sales to confirm that they were indeed the correct parts. At this point I’ve been without my vehicle for two days. They rescheduled me for the following week and when I brought the vehicle down, they told me that it was a drop off appointment not a wait appointment. I was very disappointed after having my truck for two whole days they needed it for another half a day instead of making me a priority and getting it done ASAP. I have been a long GMC owner, but I can tell you 100% for sure I will never buy or service a vehicle through Bennett. I will return to Faulkner GMC, where I’ve had great experiences all along.

This was amazing! I came in to look at cars on a Tuesday never thinking that I would get approved. Such a wonderful experience with Sarah & Amy, that I drove back again from Adams County to Lebanon on Wednesday to get my 2017 Dodge Journey. I'm so excited for my future adventures! Let's start off that I seen and heard good things about here. That's why I decided to get a used vehicle here on 6/23/23. After having now about 3 months. The loan is not done right and car is in garage with a total of about 10k in parts and repairs. I will have to cover about 3k that's not under warranty. And if warranty ever approves it will get a replacement engine. I understand vehicles have issues and nothing is guaranteed but I been trying to get answers and nothing or no one is helping.after almost 2 months and countless calling I have nothing fix.

Michael in parts was really knowledgeable and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I was helped in every way possible!

Went in for 1st time maint/oil change on my new truck. Made an 8AM apt. They pulled the truck in at 9: 15 and then told me it would take 45 minutes to do the oil change.
I told them to stop and bring me my truck.
I made an apt at another dealership and it went in as soon as I got there and had it complete in 35 minutes.

Sarah was great! Helped me find my truck after a while of me searching and would let me know as soon as a new one would come in. When I did find the one she made sure it was ready that day for me. Amy also got me a great rate and was very helpful. I like it i love it i want some more of it.

I got my new car last weekend and I must say that everyone that was at the pre-owned location last were delightful. I dealt with Sarah Gonzalez and Any Troutman. I had great conversation with them the entire time I was there and both of them were very attentive to my car buying needs and did whatever they could to get me the best value for my trade in and the best deal on my new vehicle (I did throw a pretty good ball at the dunk tank to get money towards my trade in). It’s only been a week, but I am enjoying my new car and will definitely be back in the future when I am looking for another car. Nice friendly place, usually only use for oil changes which aren't too expensive. They don't try to push work on you but will tell you if they find something that may need attention. Also run vehicle through the car wash if you want at no charge.
