When I called, they were able to schedule me on the next day. I was so lucky to be seen by Dr. Brooking, she was very pleasant and caring, she treated me for the ear infection and answered all my questions. She reassured me, explained the treatment plan as I was worried and in a lot of pain. I didn't have a pharmacy discount card, so she told me if for some reason the price at the pharmacy would be too high I could let her know, which I did. She took her time and called the pharmacy directly to ask for an alternative prescription, which saved me over 120$. I am so grateful to the front desk for their patience and to my Doctor (Dr. Brooking) for the best care!

The staff is very courteous and the doctor knowledgeable. They provided a good solution for my problem with run-away sinuses. I would see them again if required.

Had a bad noise bleed, hearing loss and sleeping problems all treated in the same visit. Dr Sesso never made me felt rushed. I left with no nosebleeds. Dr Sesso even called me over the weeekend to make sure I healed from my surgery

So, I went to this office and was seen by Dr. Sesso. My wife came along and we were both in agreement that we will never return. The doctor used the same instrument in my ear as he did in my nose. After the appointment I was supposed the clerical staff were supposed to set me up with a study nearby. It took weeks for them to call me. There was no follow up. Just a poor office and doctor experience. I would look elsewhere.

This place is the worst! Most employees are great at this location but stay away from Gina. Very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Words can’t describe what an amazing doctor Lana Patitucci is. After meeting her only once, I knew I was going to love her. She has a great bedside manner. Dr. Patitucci explains exactly what she is going to do during your surgery, gives you the best options, and eases any fears you may have going into the surgery. Prior to coming to Henry Berger ENT, I always had issues breathing and was unable to smell very well. After meeting with Lana, she told me that I had 2 deviated septums. She explained to me that the only option to fix this was to get surgery. At age 26, I was very hesitant and afraid to have surgery because I had never had it before (and I avoided it at all costs). I was extremely afraid so I told her I’d think about it. At my next appointment with Lana, I decided to schedule my surgery. She eased my mind by telling me that the recovery time was quite quick, the surgery took about 20 minutes, and that there would be no packing or black eyes after my surgery. After my surgery, everything that Lana told me would happen…happened. She went so into depth as to how healing would go, I had minor pain, nose bleeds for about 3 weeks on and off and the best part was…no packing in my nose. The surgery was successful. It has been 4 months and I’m able to breathe so much better and smell things that I never smelled before. This surgery was life changing for me. I would highly recommend Lana to anyone who is hesitant like me to having their first surgery. She is absolutely wonderful!

Our son Brock suffered from earaches that were so fierce, they effected his sleep, school attendance and our peace of mind. When tested his hearing was very bad also. We met with then accepted the advice from Lana Patitucci D. O.who did out patient surgery on our son. Afterward and when I drove Brock home, he asked me not to talk so loud! Dr. Patitucci is everything a parent would want for the care of a child; competent, empathetic and nice as can be. Thank you Dr, Patitucci!

I saw Dr. Donald Sesso. Although the paperwork is extensive, the office personnel were professional, and tried to help by mailing the required forms to my home to speed up the process. I was seen precisely on time, without waiting much. Seeing the doctor was a pleasure. I never felt rushed; there was enough time to review all of my concerns, and he even crafted a plan for helping me after the visit.
It was honestly one of the best doctor's office visit experiences I've had in recent memory. Kudos and thanks to the doctor and staff!

Berger Henry ENT group has excellent staff and highly skilled surgeons.
I highly recommend this group to anyone suffering from the pressure, congestion and frustration of chronic sinus infections.
