I was charged $473 nothing was done, the lights are still on. Then I am told they will need the car for the day. I was there from 8: 45 to 2: 00pm.

I was disappointed with my experience. I made an appointment to test drive a car, and when I arrived the salesman was lounging at his desk on his phone, not at all prepared for us. It was pouring rain and the car was still parked in the lot, far from the entrance. No one moved it or had it ready. 3 of us huddled under his umbrella and walked to the car. I liked the car, but the salesman didn't seem to know anything about it. He was checking it out while I was driving it, and didn't tell me anything about any of its features. We got back to the dealership and despite his lack of knowledge, I was willing to talk about numbers. I had driven the same model for a week as a rental, so I knew I liked it. When I told him the interest rate I had received from my bank, he was shocked and doubted that it could be that good. He was surprised that my credit score was that high. It was insulting. When it came down to the numbers, the offer on my trade-in was just ok, so I decided to sleep on it. I gave him money to hold it and said I would let him know the next day. I had another test drive scheduled for the next day at a different dealership, with an identical car, same price and mileage. I let the salesman at Bergey's know about it and I asked if they could do any better on the numbers. He seemed to get mad about it and said there was no adjustment on the deal. While disappointed, I was still considering buying the car because I really liked it. However, the salesman at the other dealership was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the car, and gave me a better deal. So it was an easy decision at that point. If I had a different salesman at Bergey's, I probably would have bought the car that night.

Eric parts sales manager didn’t want to help us as we arrived at 4: 20 pm and that they will close at 5 pm. I had several parts to order and don’t understand why they don’t want to sell their products. This is very rude and disappointing customer service from a big company like GM.

Was greeted immediately with a friendly voice. Always have a great experience with everyone in the Service Department. I was in and out sooner than expected. Wonderful experience.

EXCELLENT, FLAWLESS experience. I recently leased a 2023 Cadillac XT6 from Bergey's Cadillac in Plymouth Meeting and it was a good example of a business that does things right. Price was quick and transparent. The service - was exemplary. Be it Ms Weiss, or Leaders like Joann Vass, and Brad - everybody made this seamless for me. I was able to learn a bit about this organization and I can say what many know: The Bergey family is decent and good.which in these times means something. Many times, business slogans are just advertising - but their slogan is "driven to serve" - -and in EVERY part of my transaction - that is what they did. I've dealt with dealers in Princeton and Palmyra-and Bergey's in Plymouth Meeting is the ONLY place I'd go to now.

My experience was excellent. The service department rectified an issue with my vehicle no questions asked after I purchased it 2 weeks prior. Everyone I spoke to during the process was super friendly and extremely customer service oriented. Most certainly worth the 45 minute drive to this dealership!

Had a terrible experience with this dealership. After a week of taking about a $55k car only to be delayed because the sales rep was on vacation. And slow to reply to my emails and calls, but we finally agreed to purchase was approved by their bank and agreed to $15k down. I get a call the day before delivery that they sold it to someone already and that car wasn’t available. Mind you they called me that morning to confirm I was coming and purchasing. And I agreed I would be there at 1 pm the next day. Will never recommend them or purchase anything from any of there dealerships again

From the beginning Dawn helping me arrange things, Matt and Steve-a God send. I’m in cancer treatment and currently a wheelchair and they have taken great care of me-kind not everyone does. Forever grateful

When I called to have my car serviced, I called thinking that it was still Armen Cadillac as I had my car serviced there a couple of years ago. Not knowing it had changed names I still decided to have my air conditioning serviced there. Bergeys is a little out of my way from where I live but I liked the service I received the last time I was there (Armen). I figured the same people may still be there and they were. Honestly the best service ever! My car was fixed and with no delay! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Bergeys has a great Team!

We ALWAYS get superb service (and a nice car wash) and interior cleaning/ sanitizing! The staff is friendly and courteous!

Matt from the Service Department was amazing! I have never had a better experience at a dealership service center. I was disappointed to find out that my 2019 Escalde’s struts needed to be replaced prior to passing inspection. It was going to be an expensive repair, but Matt took the time to contact GM and was able to have them to cover the cost. I’m an incredibly appreciative for his attention and willingness to make my day better. What a pleasant experience!

I was a victim of a faulty tire, sidewall leak, which your road serviceman Chuck Greger helped recover and then the service dept very quickly was able to replace, with my thanks
