Bergey's Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, Souderton PA

Good place to buy a vehicle, if you don't need any customer service after the sale. Over 60 days later, I still don't have my tag and no one will return my phone call. Here is my experience over the past 3 weeks: Vahn the finance manager - Ieft 3 messages, no response, Jim Brown the salesman - 3 messages and a text, no response, Darlene in title - I was able to speak with her 4 times, each time she promised to call me back, never happened. I spoke to Leslie and voiced my concerns, she indicated she would let her 'GM' know, apparently poor customer service is acceptable.

Julie is absolutely amazing! I waited 4 months after ordering my car through her and she made sure to update me weekly about the status. From the second we walked in, she was attentive, detailed and compassionate. I have never had customer service so thorough and caring before I went to Bergeys!

Van was personable and excited to do business with us and the manager even showed us how to take down the soft top even though they were closed for the night.

I can’t wait to buy another car from here, I honestly would not go anywhere else!

Great customer service and communication! Fast, reliable, dependable service for our minivan. We have been customers of Bergeys for over 20 years and have always been completely satisfied.

Bergey’s website had the Ram Promaster I wanted on backorder so I called 2 months ago and spoke 2 Shaun Moyer. He advised it will be shipped from the factory in Mexico but I could reserve it with a deposit.

Shaun provided me all of the figures in writing prior to my deposit so I that I had all of the itemized costs and bottom line figure in advance. The vehicle just arrived the other day and today I came in, the numbers actually IMPROVED due to an additional rebate, I signed everything and was out the door in under an hour.

Bergey's have and will always be my first choice for anything automotive. They even replaced a damaged running board at their expense due to the truck not being placed properly on their lift during inspection.

Called earlier than expected to discuss the repairs and had the car ready on time the next day. Always great service and friendly, capable front desk staff.

Buying a vehicle is usually one of the most high pressure purchases you can do. They always ask how much per month you are willing to pay? They don't do the deal in front of you.must consult with their manager and if you don't agree with what they present they resort to bringing out their manager to push the deal
To my surprise they did non of the above.
They presented themselves very low key but very informative. They gave me a very fair trade in value

Did the deal right in front of me running multiple finance options. No upsale pressure what so ever just the information on warranty, seal coatings.etc.
Delivery was on time, clean and full tank of fuel.
Finance manager - very smooth comfortable experience.
Without a doubt this is a Dealership I would recommend 100% for Sales as far as Service I have no present experience yet to rate them on.

The last time I received this type of sales service
Was when I had a realitive that was a finance manager at a dealership

Service is some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Advisors are rude, and will literally stand up and yell at you. Bergeys use to be the “hometown” dealer. I will never go back. Go elsewhere to some where that values you and your business

If you are looking for a new/user vehicle, My husband and I absolutely recommend Bergey’s. They were a very friendly and not pushy kind of dealership. We were recommended by my father in law who had purchased a brand new Ram from them a few months earlier and we couldn’t have made the right choice sooner! The whole staff was so helpful and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Jordan Derstine for your car shopping needs. He worked with us and took his time to get everything worked out and made it happen! Desk is to the left as soon as you walk in! We also need to recognize Van Huynh the Business Manager who gets to see you last and gets you all taken care of and on your way! He explained everything very thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with. I wish I knew managers name behind the scenes because he needs to be recongnized as well. 10/10
