I had a wonderful experience. Was my first time hitting a deer and having to go through insurance. The ladies at the front held my hand through the whole process. They even made sure I got my car back in time for my brothers wedding. With over $6k in damages I had my car fixed and back in my possession in less than 10 business days looking good as new. Thank you!

Very use collision is absolutely the greatest. I was in a car accident and they fixed my car in a pretty decent amount of time and it's looking and running like brand new I am so happy I can't even say enough about bergey's in general I bought my car from Burgess Chevy I have on my service down there and now my collision work and they are just wonderful all the way around highly highly highly recommend Thank you guys

It was a great experience. They were friendly and helpful. The receptionist was helpful with Enterprise car rental, who they work with. The repair was done well, no complaints.

Bought a brand new 2021 Grand Cherokee from Bergey's Souderton less than 2 months ago. Had to get the front bumper paint fixed and the Lansdale location was the one with the nearest available appointment. The only thing they got right was painting the bumper. They messed up the front fender burning the clear coat (told them to not touch the fenders since blending wasn't needed on a new vehicle). Fog light housing has at least one broken clip and the bumper trim clips weren't even put back on either side. I went inside and asked for some help and Mike came out to take a look, try to clean the fender and document the added damage. As I started pointing out more stuff that was wrong he immediately told me to calm down and stop raising my voice. I wasn't even yelling or mad about it at that point thinking they just forgot to put clips back in. My wife then asked about a rental car because Bergey's wanted to keep the car to have the manager look at it (he left for the day already). When Mike said no rentals were available my wife said that is unacceptable considering the extra damage that had to be fixed on a car with less than 1,000 miles. Mike then told my wife to calm down. We have every right to be upset by rude and unprofessional customer service, especially since we walked in with no attitude to just get the keys and go. I called Bergey's Souderton to explain what happened and Dan was very apologetic and stepped up for his location to take over and make things right. The next day Lansdale manager called my wife and said according to Mike, we came in yelling and screaming. So if your lobby and parking lot has audio, might want to check on that cause that is a flat out lie. No one should do business here with an employee disrespecting and accusing customers of things that never happened, let along causing a couple hundred dollars of additional damage to a brand new vehicle. Kudos to Dan from the Souderton location for stepping up offering to take over. As far as Lansdale location, will not be going back or recommending.

I strongly do not recommend this body shop. I got my MKZ repaired a rear bumper from this shop, and they fixed it very badly.
On right side, the bumper is misaligned and there is a huge gap between a trunk and bumper.
I'll post pictures and please compare two different sides.
The worst part is they asked me fit my schedule to their schedule, because they don't have a loaner this week.
There is an Enterprise across a street and they are a business partner of this shop.
Simply put, they just don't want to spend money.
I plan to sell my car in a few days, my schedule is very limited.
If I newly make an appointment for repairing, I will definitely drop off car based on their schedule.

My car door was banged up from me scraping it against my garage. With my insurance, Bergey’s did an excellent job with the repair. The estimated time was exactly how long it took. I received emails throughout the process on how my car was doing and even a phone call letting me know they had to remove some bumper stickers for the paint job.

I will never take my truck or vehicles there again. The service was good but the body shop suck, I had to take it back there 3 times for the spots and the finish was very very BAD! So if you need to get your vehicle fixed DON'T go there. My 2017 Ram BLUE!

The Bergey’s team was very professional throughout, from providing the estimate to completing the work ahead of their original estimated schedule. Bergey’s not only repaired the dent in my truck, but they cleaned the exterior and interior of the truck. The truck looked great and they made the body-work repair process straight forward and easy.

I was rear ended and took a car to burgeys they detailed and washed it as extra service. This was not part of the repair and I appreciate the extra service.
