I took my car in for an issue that I was experiencing. I only had the car for 1 month (bought at a Nissan dealer) but they knew exactly what the issue was when I brought it in. It was there for the day, they replaced the clutch and did some other magic and it’s perfect now!

They got me in quick same day inspection request. The staff and waiting area were very nice. Quick problem free inspection.

I ordered a bronco through Bergeys. I mainly worked with Niko and Vince and they were both very helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. I wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience (8/14/2021) at Bergey Ford of Ambler. This was a very smooth transaction from the 1st initial phone inquiry to the drive off the lot. Honest, quick and very laid back. Everyone was helpful and happy. Tells you alot about the work environment! I would also like to give high praise to my salesman, Pat Clarke. He was extremely knowledgeable and relatable. His 30+ years of experience in the car sales business made my decision easy without any stress. It was actually fun.imagine that? Mine wasn't a normal situation! I worked with David Spinieo on buying a Ford Transit that I'd never seen in person before, and then had it shipped half way across the county.
David was great, sent me pictures, assured me it didn't smell like a barnyard, checked on the roof when I asked and sent me pictures of the shipping company sending it my way. When it arrived it was just as expected! We had a problem with a tire valve that there was no way of testing until we started driving it, David had Bergey's take care of the cost of that for us even at 1200 miles away. I wouldn't hesitate to work with David again, if he is this good without ever meeting I can only imagine how good he would be to work with in person! Thank you David and Bergey's Ford!

Spoke with Mike in the sales department said my dad wasnt approved for a 2011 vehicle but we went to Springfield Hyundai and he was approved for 2018 vehicle. Dont think he took his time to find approval. My dad yes he is retired and still works part-time has the income and credit. Not sure what the problem was that day but same thing happened 7 years ago when he tried to get a car at ford in Springhouse he went right across the street and got a bmw.we got a thanks for trying have a good day on the voicemail

Recently purchased a Ram truck from Bergey Ford. Tony was great and very open and honest- I look forward to have my vehicle serviced at Bergey Ford for many years to come. I highly recommend you visit their facility if your looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Traded in 2 vehicles for new F150. Easy transaction. A no pressure dealership. Michael T. Salesperson was professional in all aspects. I knew what I wanted and got the deal done in a timely manner. Mike helped set up my phone to the system. If one thing I'd rather have is a paper manual over the downloaded version of it on the trucks screen. The truck did not come with a bed liner. So Mike ordered me one at no cost and will be installed today. The dealership is clean and provides free coffee or bottle water while you wait in the service room. The differential heat cover needed to be replaced and the modem needed to be reflashed and was done immediately after it was mentioned. So far A+ rating at this dealership.

Everyone there was very nice and polite, but I was there for over 2 hours for an oil change. When I called to schedule my oil change, I was told I could only select a day I would bring my car in, not a specific time. When I dropped my car off on the day, I was told it would be about an hour. After about an hour and a half, I was told that the oil change had not even been started since I did not request a specific time for my appointment. Seemed like a miscommunication, but regardless, the information should have been conveyed in a clearer way to avoid this.

Tim and Mike and the whole service team are always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I’m always amazed at how efficient they are. My car is always finished way before I expect it to be. I use them for all of my service needs and would recommend the Bergey service team to all Ford owners in the Ambler area!

Tim was pleasant and helpful and took the time to explain the service for the auto. I was completely satisfied with everyone I spoke with at the dealership.
