We had a good experience at the dealership, unfortunately it was the end of the day and the salesman had sold another car and he didn't have much time to go over the car with us, but we will go back when we and our salesman have more time

I totaled my car and wanted to really shop around. Bergey’s Ford of Lansdale was my first stop, I met with Justin lutz. I shared with him what I was looking for and that I was shopping around and wouldn’t be ready to purchase for a month. I drove 5 vehicles that day. I shopped at 5 other dealerships and felt hassled to buy NOW, they called me and pestered me which was a turn off.

With Justin I just received two emails with updates on the vehicles I liked and a reminder that when I make a decision he is available. I went back a few weeks later and Justin shared the incentive program being offered by Ford 0.9%! I purchased a Ford Edge and he took the time to help me navigate the touch screen and gadgets.

Finance - Kevin Drucker was so organized and friendly, he went through all warranties offered and was not pushy. He answered questions that I had and specially went line through line with the breakdown of financing.

I am very happy with the service received

Made an appointment for an oil change and told Service about a noise when driving. They were able to diagnose the problem and fix it and while the vehicle was in the shop Bergeys kept me informed. Thank you for a job WELL done!

I spent a day picking out a truck. I had a trade-in. After the full day, the manager decided he didn't want to honor the quote he gave me for the trade-in so he came up with an elaborate reason for why their computer system couldn't process the trade. I ended up going to another dealer down the road and getting a different truck. It also validated that he was completely capable of doing the trade and just didn't want to do the trade. It was such a waste of time of energy. If you have a trade-in. Don't go to Bergey's.

I had two recalls. Bergey's picked up my car on time. Fixed my car quickly and returned my car back in my driveway. I was notified via text message before during and after the service. I highly recommend! Made a stressful situation into a piece of cake.

My Focus came down with a big electrical problem on a Saturday afternoon! Service said they could get it in Monday. Diagnosed and fixed by Monday afternoon and for a lot less than I thought it would be! Satisfied customer!
