This location the staffing is usually pleasant but this time around I’m unsure if these were new staff members or what, but they were unaware of cost and didn’t really care to help explain properly what the cost was I just paid the bill and left because I didn’t wanna be confrontational any other time I’ve been to this facility it has been great. I scheduled an oil change and check up on my brakes they called me back with the diagnosis, but never changed my oil. Charged $300 for services that were done in less an hour.
Surprisingly service was quick to respond even at closing to plugging a tire due to a screw penetration. Service has always been right on.
Didn't catch the name of the gentleman that took care of me, but super nice. When i made appt.they told me it would take an hour but it was done in half hour, so that was good due to me waiting there. Thank you!
They are robbery artist. Had my customer order a part and didn't even pick up the part and they refused to return. I understand it was special order so charge a restock fee. Instead they force me to take it
Joe Penkala is an amazing, knowledgeable sales representative. He and Finance Manager Angelo Berretta made the entire process very easy. Angelo had me in and out of the finance office quickly. I was happy to see that Bergey's does not add a market adjustment.
The staff were all very knowledgeable about the vehicles and financing options. The showroom was clean and pleasant. Within a few hours we drove away in our new Kia Seltos. A pleasant experience start to finish. Thanks to all who helped us. Dee and John Headley

I also got the pleasure of working with Angelo in finances and he was also incredible, so friendly and did his best to help accommodate my needs and wants! I'm very happy with the way Bergey Kia follows up on these factory recalls for safety issues.there is no complicated processed to go through you call them you tell them about the recall you set an appointment you go they take care of the problem free of charge and the staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable.

The service department department treated me very well. I asked if I could get my car by 11: 00 because I had a noon appointment. Car was ready at 10: 30.
