Staff was courteous, and called with updates. All work was done only after I agreed to it. Mechanic was honest and straightforward, and gave me maintenance tips.

One of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever had! Mike found me a vehicle with the options I was looking for quickly. (Manual transmissions are getting rare) Financing and paperwork all went smoothly and quickly. Everything about my whole experience with Bergey's Volkswagen of Wilkes-Barre excellent.

Tried to speak with a salesman on multiple occasions over the last two weeks to buy a car. I kept trying to get in touch with her through email and phone. I was waiting on a call back to discuss pricing and when I could come in to test drive. She was totally dismissive and obviously didn’t want my sale. Went to Kelly VW and got my atlas cross sport for the price I wanted in no time flat. Don’t waste your time with this dealership if you want a VW and head to Kelly’s instead.

Awesome service. Staff was friendly and helpful and booked me an appointment the same day when I needed it the most. Also offered the best price for my VW service. Superb!

Although I feel like my car is a lemon the service was great during my last service experience.

Staff is very friendly and nice, knowledgeable, easy to get in touch with. I'd give more stars but unhappy that my new vehicle has to be fixed so soon. But this survey is based on customer service not quality control. The employees didnt build the car.

On time appointment, no wait. Oil change, state inspection and tire rotation completed in under an hour. Service desk kept me in the loop. Very good service.

I was very happy with the service I received at Bergey’s VW today. They immediately diagnosed the problem I was having with my car, explained what was needed and kept me informed throughout the process.
The waiting is very comfortable and the staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly and helpful.
I have been bringing my car there since I purchased it in 2018 and will continue to do so for as long as I own it. I trust them.

Bergey’s got me an appointment quickly, resolved my car issue, and gave me a complimentary car wash at the end. Loved their service!

Fast and friendly service! Worked with warranty company to resolve my issue and negotiated warranty coverages.

I came in to get recalls serviced and I had asked while it was in the air if they could check to see if they notice anything wrong since I had just bought the car and I had noticed some things weird about it but wanted a second option being my first newer car and first time owning a vw. The women I talked to seemed to want to help me with my questions and the guys had made note to check for anything that wasn’t normal. When I had came in they told me everything looked fine but I tried expressing concern hoping to at least get an explanation on why the car is doing what it’s doing and they told me most I could do is bring it back to get the car scanned for 140$.

Everyone in the service department at Bergey Volkswagen was very friendly and helpful in accomplishing the service work I had requested as well as taking care of 2 factory recalls related to my vehicle. My car was ready when promised and they took the time to wash the vehicle as well before it was returned to me.
I would definitely use their service department in the future.

Great service experience, thank you! Solved my warranty problem quicker than anticipated. Will use them for service for the remainder of the time I own my VW.
