My car was in an accident in October and I had an estimate done at Berks Auto shortly after. The drop off appointment was scheduled for December 23. Dropped the car off on the scheduled day and picked up a rental car. Was continuously told by Dustin that my car was being worked on, but going slow because of the backlog of cars. Get a call from rental car company end of January (4 weeks later) saying they are no longer paying for the rental as Berks Auto Collision could not provide an update on my car. I had to return the rental car and went to check on status of my car. My car had not moved from the same spot that it was dropped off in 4 weeks prior. I picked up my car and Dustin continued to promise that my car would be taken in soon to be worked on. After 4 months of waiting and being strung along, siting staffing issues, difficulty getting parts, a backlog of cars, etc, I decided to take my car to another repair shop. I was unable to get a rental car as Berks Auto Collision had used all the days that the insurance was willing to pay for. Will not use again.

Just went in for a estimate on rust damage. The appraiser pointed out that the cost of fixing it would be.ore than the car was worth. They could have done a patch work just to cover the hole but he was honest. I wod trust them to work on my car anytime.

Dustin, Cathy, and everyone else at Berk's Auto Collision Center provided fantastic service end-to-end. They're the only Tesla-Certified body shop in the area, so they are overwhelmed with demand. Even so, they gave me (and the other customers I observed in the shop) very personal attention. They were extremely attentive throughout the process, provided regular updates on parts and status in the repair process, and responded immediately to questions and calls. When my car was finished, it was absolutely perfect, with no defects or paint shade differentials. It was returned freshly washed and with plenty of charge on the battery. I would return to them in a heartbeat.

We highly recommend taking your cars to Berks Auto Collision. We have had excellent experiences using this business multiple times. Their professionalism and attention to detail allowed us peace of mind after our accident. They were able to fit us in, work miracles on our car, and get us back out on the road quickly. They also helped us navigate the confusing auto insurance process.

Berks Auto was very professional and performed excellent work on my truck! The end result looks better than new! They even took the time to buff out some unrelated scratches and cleaned the interior! Couldn’t be happier!

Zero stars was not an option people are very nice but the work is disgraceful and disgusting. If you’re reading the reviews, ignore the ones who gave it more than one star. DONT. EVER. TAKE. YOUR. CAR. HERE.my car that was a gracious gift to me (Tesla-60k car) was taken here unfortunately and I am a mom of two little ones mind you…anyways, my car was pristine until we had gotten into a car accident. The unfortunate part was the insurance company decided to send it to the closest auto body shop that is “Tesla certified” (berks collision…should have that title revoked from them) The interior was pristine as well, even with my two boys who are very young. GROWN ADULTS messed up the interior more than what my children did and my kids know better. There were Knicks in the paint, scratches in the interior and the clips of the dash were sticking out when we got it back. The paint was horrible. The car was taken back after it was messed up and realistically should be taken back again. SMH never again. Save yourself from this monstrosity of a place. Hope someone can turn the place around what a shame someone who would ever call themselves a business, letting stufff out of their garage like that.

It was a three day job, but they had the car for just over a month. I understand that Tesla is lousy at parts availability, as many manufacturers are at this time, but I called multiple times and left messages but rarely did I receive a callback. If they are familiar with Tesla and parts availability, how about you put the car back together and give it back to the owner until all parts are in house. Also I’m not sure I trust the entire story they put forth, that being there were two brackets they found that were not on the initial order. In the end I was happy with the work they did, but information sharing and the time they had the car for the repair was unacceptable and should be improved. If I ever need bodywork again I will drive the hour to the Tesla dealership and see if they can do it.

My car got dropped off on July 22nd at Berks auto as recommended by farmers insurance. I was leaving Pennsylvania on September 1st plenty of time I though for the car to be repaired. I was told about the part shortage which I understand. I informed Berks auto of me having to be in Tennessee the first so they knew my car needed to be completed. Took them about 3 weeks to begin ordering the needed parts. As it was approaching the first I began calling regularly for updates on the approaching first and they said it probably wouldn’t be completed in time. So September 3rd I went to the shop and sat and waiting they had my car done and took it for a test drive. The stabilitrak system wasn’t working but I was told by Mark that it was okay to drive to Tennessee and once I got there to order a wheel speed sensor and they would reimburse me for it. I ordered the wheel speed sensor and had it put on by the Chevy dealership. That didn’t fix it. It needed a whole new hub assembly because berks put on an aftermarket one so it was not reading the sensors correctly. I emailed mark over the bill of $582.40 for the wheel speed sensor and new hub assembly on 10/5. No calls back or follow ups have not been able to reach him or get a call back at all. So now I’m just going to go directly through the insurance company to be reimbursed. The driver door also was damaged and needs to be repainted that berks never fixed as well. I’m not even going to try and go through berks to have that repaired I’ll just go directly through the insurance company.

Unfortunately very busy so it took a while for my car to be worked on, but once they had it in the air it was maybe a week before I had it back.

Chose this shop based on a recommendation from a friend. They gave me an appointment for 4/21/21. It is now 6/28/21 and I still don't have a firm date for ETC. First of all, the first week I did not receive an update so I am assuming they didn't touch the car for a week. After they finally got into the car and gave estimate, they gave me ETA of 4 weeks (reasonable). At some point, they would move the date out one week, each week. At this point I called and they told me it is because they got slammed with cars that need to get on a Frame rack and parts are hard to source. I didn't understand why they kept moving the eta out one week when he told it would realistically be another 3 to 4 weeks. Also, I call and leave messages, and several times I have to call back a second time since days go by and I don't receive any phone calls. Maybe it's just my bad luck, but this is my honest experience.

We had an unfortunate run in with a deer. The customer service provided was simply the best we’ve ever experienced. We had $4800 in damage. They finished way before car was promised. Kept us informed on a weekly basis as to the progress of the repair. Car was cleaned and detailed inside and out. It looked showroom new. Made a stressful time less stressful. Process was very smooth. They have a customer for life!

Seems like a great place, kind desk staff Cathy I believe her name was, she's great, kind and helpful.great guys in the shop seem very nice and attentive.unfortunately, I went in to get the whole underside of my truck scraped and undercoated, frame, bed, everything black.unfortunately after I checked it out a few days later the frame was barely done.it's nice where they did it.but that's not what I got a price on. I'll be taking it back in and hopefully getting it sorted out.

I took my truck here for damage and I couldn't be more impressed with the job they did. My truck looked as great as it did when I first bought it. I recommend Beks Auto Collison Center for any repairs.

My Tesla had body damage from a collision. They did a great job returning the car to factory fresh. No one would ever be able to tell that it was damaged. They were friendly and guided me through the entire process including dealing with insurance issues. I would definitely trust them with my cars.

Nice shop, nice and professional service, quick turnaround time. Unfortunately, they did not assemble the door the right way after 2 total visits back to the shop. (3 attempts total) The first time the inside of my door separated from the door and the door handle wasn't placed in the door correctly. The second time they left a half inch gap between the window and moulding. My confidence was low that they could fix the door so I had Tesla service fix the door. After taking apart the door they found several issues with assembly of the door. They fixed it but it cost me. I then called this body shop for reimbursement and they didn't call me back I will not be going back to this body shop.
